Elwood was still a 3A contender when Kevin Frye was there and Marty Wells had some competitive teams. But the town has been hemorrhaging population as the economies of nearby Anderson & Marion struggle and that's likely made it difficult to keep that tradition going.

They had a solid team in 2014 with Sammy Mireles, they ended up getting upset in the sectional by Blaze Kelly and that high power Alexandria offense. That was coincidently the last time Oak Hill won a football sectional as they went on to beat Alex in the championship.

No, I think everyone on the team should get to play in the game.  They probably won't score 100. It might be 84-0.

Coach Ozmun is  pretty good at not running the score too high and I think he will pull most of the starting offense at half. With that being said the game still must be played and I think the JV can still score +3  tds.

Wow! Elwood and Blackford ened like I thought it would.

Frankton and Ole Miss didn't. Frankton's offense is not very good. thank god defense is. might be only saving grace this year.

Oak hill handled Mg pretty easy. easier than i thought they would

Alexandria beat Eastbrook pretty easy score was closer than game that was played.

    1. Oak Hill

    2. Mississenwa

    3. Alexandria

    4.Eastbrook

    5. MG

    6. Frankton

    7. Blackford

No way MG is the 5th best team in the conference.

I'm still kind of surprised Oak Hill is now a 3A school.  Converse, Sweetser, and Swayzee (supposedly the only Swayzee in the world, btw) are not exactly hot beds of population growth.  Must be a lot of transfers from Marion.....................

Only Swayzee in the world that is spelled the way it is. There has been a spike in enrollment at OH but these class sizes have been relatively the same size for awhile now. Also very little transfers from Marion from what I understand as well, and we are the smallest 3a in the state I think.
