Of course. Objectively, NorthWood controlled the game - end of story. Just stating a few observations, not necessarily “what if’s”.

I can attest, there were NOT, in fact, fireworks. Kudos to Leo for a great season and prayers to Hurst. NW very well controlled the game. First quarter NW couldn’t catch the ball and had a missed field goal. Blatant missed call on the 4th and goal Leo ended up scoring on… WR false started, sideline ref on Leo’s side saw it and began to call it, but ended up letting go. Baffling. Thankfully it wasn’t the deciding factor in the game. NW’s kicker nailed a 55 yarder that had another 5 yards to spare! Good luck to my Panthers as they take on East Central next week.

Two years ago there was a situation with two key players for NW who were suspended for the opening Sectional game vs Northridge due to an incident. This incident happened the day before the game, but was brought to the staff the day of the game. So to answer your question, yes, I’m sure NW would’ve acted in similar fashion.

As for the Northridge incident, it was ultimately the school’s choice to suspend the kids for a game I believe. If it happened off school property and during the summer, couldn’t they let it slide? Every situation is unique, but sooner or later there has to be a timeframe where “the past is the past”. It may be subjective and not clear-cut, I understand that. 

The caption and picture seem obvious, but how is someone going to prove he was high? There would need to be a video showing the action of smoking IMO or do a drug test. 

Congrats to Penn and NorthWood on sectional championships! A little surprised by the Penn/Warsaw score. NorthWood/Northridge was a classic. Odd, but true: both teams are 0-3 @ home the past 3 years.

Good afternoon gentlemen! First time poster on here. Really looking forward to the Warsaw vs Penn game and Northwood vs Northridge. It's nice having "toss up" games... obviously anything can happen on any given Friday, but you know what I mean. These teams have made it to November, which is always a nice feat.
