If you want to tear down teams such as Columbus North, Franklin Central and others, you knock yourself out.  Again, CG plays who is scheduled in front of them.  Never ducked anyone.

I’m more than qualified to speak on it...unfortunately I’ve been to games were Southport was on the losing end playing CG, I gave props when deserved...

Said it once and I’ll say it again Center Grove is the exception and not the rule...

Yes I know they weren’t in their sectional this season but they’ve been in their sectional in the  past so let’s not act Like Center Grove goes through murderers row out there in the south...

For the most part Center Grove fans are wack as can be anyways some of the most annoying and obnoxious fans out there...

Beat Carmel and you guys will let us know how great the Trojans are...

They also typically don’t face much if any “real” competition until regionals... let’s be real they aren’t going up against any heavyweights in their sectional... with all due respect to Columbus North, Franklin Central and Jeffersonville that isn’t a tough sectional at all...

After 3 seasons as the starting QB Eddie Schott graduated and moved on to Ball State so Southport will be breaking in a new QB this season in Sr. Ball State commit and former WR/TE Ryan Lezon...

Southport has had one of the better QB situations around since 2013...Luke Johnston was a 3 year starter from ‘13-‘15 and Schott from '16-‘18...

Will be interesting to see how Lezon does at QB... He's a good athlete and he had some big games at WR last season...

It's just not the same now. Before Pike and LC left for the MIC, an argument could've been made that they were the 3rd or 4th best conference in the state when it came to football. Pike, LC, CN, Southport and Bloomington schools were at times ranked and ranked pretty high at various times dating back to 2008. 

With the defections of Pike, LC, Perry meridian and Franklin central over the years and only adding the Terre Haute school's its dropped the conference down big time. 

This season it'll be Columbus North and everyone else. Southport has built up a decent program but they'll be replacing a lot. Maybe they'll be better than advertised. Bloomington South will still be a tough out in 5A even though they've taken a step back since there nice runs from 14-16...

Rinse and repeat... New season with the same 4 teams being mentioned as potential 6A champs... 6A has absolutely no parity... Maybe North Central can build on last seasons success and become legit contenders...
