I like to see the discussions on the games point spread..what player or players to watch out for. But seems here lately every WRC thread has been about the so called elite offence of ph. I'm sure they are tough and have plenty of athletes with a great coach.. but to bost about them like that is just jibberish. Waiting for the day they run in retreat with their tail between their legs.

I played fo NV in late 80s early 90s and from year to year you didnt know who the power house teams were. I dont believe if any team really put the second string in until late in 4th quarter with the exception of TR and RP but they have also had a few good years.. but all schools will or have had their not so good teams. Comparing todays fast offenses to yesterday's brute hard hitting playing with concussions pulled muscles arms in cast and many other injuries. Yes things are totally different now with coaching Stiles and rules so 2 different types of football teams.

One day the players now will look back on today and say we played harder then then you do know!

So now let's look at our youth programs... NV has a great program and last I knew so did Covington,Attica and SV dont know if anyone else has good showing for the entry level football programs if they dont they should start them. Kids that grow up playing football together seem to make great teams in High School just from my observation.

, so I gave the Falcons the third spot because Parke Heritage is better than Linton,

My opinion but you should be tested for mental incompetence. No one with any kind of sanity would say PH is better then Linton. PH is varley better then Attica. One day you will understand you have no clue what your talking about!

  3. Linton came on the field.. by the look of the numbers they could field 3 teams very impressive. No shortage of players from Linton! Ive got to say the Miners have a real solid team.. they have the ability to adapt to the situation very well. And the guys helping from the press box  can get annoying but are a great asset to the Miners combined attack. They were giving great insight to what players where screwing up and who to watch. Let's just say they know the game the team and Coach Oliver is very lucky to have them up there.

Both teams came out tough and was beginning to think this may be #2 the Falcons take from the Miners but late in the 3rd and 4th realization set in and started thinking if the Falcons played as hard and didnt give up against A #7 ranked 2A team like the Miners it's going to be a great year and playing Thanksgiving weekend agian. The Miners also have have a good chance of playing on that weekend with so many options of attack I'm surprised they are not 4-0 on the season. In all aspect The battle between both teams was great.. it was a hard faught ballgame and the Falcons found out what they could do against a great team.

I just took a look at the Sagarin ratings. I'll be interested to see how much they change over the next 2-3 weeks. Looking at a hypothetical Linton vs Parke Heritage game, the Wolfs are the slightest of favorites on a Neutral field. With the Wolfs juggernaut offense putting up 55 points a game, I don't see their Sagarin rating falling at any point between now and Thanksgiving
