Their conference is absolutely brutal.
Winamac was very underwhelming this season with only 2 starters coming back and had 6 turnovers in their game against WC and lost by six. I don't think WC made it into the Red Zone. They scored on a 30+ yard run and a 97 yard scoop and score and a pick six. Winamac beat the #3 in the mwc by 4 tds with the back ups playing most of 3rd quarter and all of 4th.
It's west centrals best team since 2014 but the 2014, 2013 and 2012 teams would beat this wc team by 40+
Winamac still lost to them... calm down. It took a late game punt return to make it even interesting. Can't fault them for a brutal conference when they took care of business with everyone in it. Compare Carrols conference to West Centrals and it's almost identical. Strength of schedules aren't far apart but Carrol is getting credit for being good and not the Trojans, should be a good one on friday night.

No.
West Central is the school I follow County rival. They have some good players but play in the worst conference in the state. Winamac outgained them, had more trips to the red zone but stalled out. They had five turnovers and lost to WC by six. WC had 3 tds, one came from a big run and the others were a pick six and a 97 scoop and score.
West Central and Winamac flip spots. WC at best is 3-5. They are what I consider a fake good team.
Culver didn't even have a few of their starters either...that game should have been much worse than what it was.
WC had 6 turnovers against Culver 4 at halftime and it was 6-0... got inside the 2 5 times and it was 12-0 with 3min left and schuman broke a big one. Game was closer than a shutout. Culver was fully healthy as well. I think the Carrol matchup will be a good game both run the wing t style offense. Not sure whoever wins gets past regional though.

I hope they do. They'll need to play a complete game to take down AC. Judson will have to do a much better job of setting the edge this year.
I think they're much improved from last season on the defense side of the ball. Should be a good one if it comes down to it.

North Judson will give Adams Central a run for their money.

Lakeland at Knox - Don't know enough about Lakeland but I know Knox is darn good.
Whiting at LaVille - Laville is one of the best teams in 2A.
Winamac at Central Catholic - Winamacs youth hurts and CC looks towards Lewis Cass.
North Newton at Culver - Culver Big. Schuman!
Triton at Pioneer - I think triton wins by 20 but don't be surprised if at halftime its close. Pioneers schedule has set them up to compete. Need some turnovers though.
North Judson at South Newton - Rebels struggled all year on defense Judson running clock at halftime.
West Central at Caston - Both teams have improved... but Trojans defense creates turnovers and the O-Line play are the difference.
