We need coaches who want to develop a sense of community and brotherhood. Football knowledge and experience is not necessary. But a strong time commitment is needed. A love of football and good teaching skills are preferred. A thirst for combat, competition, and the desire to help kids grow to strong, confident, and purposeful young men.
