We are starting the series with a focus on Evaluating Areas for Growth This week we will focus on analyzing the previous season and developing a plan for improving your program for the upcoming season. Coach Padgett will talk about the Post Season Program Evaluation that he has used to find the areas that they can improve. I will then discuss the process we use at Hamilton Southeastern to identify our inefficient plays, determine their critical error, and then use that information to guide our off-season research.
