  1. Knox goes for 2 and gets stopped. Score is 21-20 Laville with 39 seconds left.
  2. 21-14 Laville. Knox has ball on their 48 with 2 to go and 2 timeouts.
  3. I did say by 2 touchdowns yes, and I'll be the first to admit that Judson is better than I gave them credit for. I personally saw the game being closer with Judson having a hard time stopping the offense. Any team that can stop Knox's offense will beat them and thats a fact. Knox's defense needs some work for sure. Also for anyone that knows the rivalry between Judson and Knox, anything can happen when they meet, you honestly never know. I think Knox will definitely struggle against LaVille, but will have better games with Pioneer and Triton.
  4. Judson 26 - Knox 0 FINAL. Judson played a solid game on both sides of the ball. Knox got physically beat and couldn't get much started all night. If Knox plays the next 4 weeks like they did tonight, it wont be much fun. Hopefully they keep their heads up and learn from the loss. If you would of told me the Skins get shutout tonight I would of called you crazy, but hats off to Judson their defense was ready.
  5. Judson 14- Knox 0 End of 1st Half Judsons defense came to play for sure. Knox having a hard time moving the ball.
  6. Caston (0-3) at Pioneer (1-2) - Not much to say about this game. Pioneer 35-7 Knox (2-1) at North Judson-San Pierre (3-0) - Most exciting game of the week. Both teams are averaging 53 points a game. Judson is good but Knox's offense has the ability to put 50 on you fast. I think the Skins have too much speed for the Jays defense. This game will no doubt be played tough, with a ton of aggression in a great atmosphere and I will say, I may be a little biased in the Starke County rivalry, but I honestly believe the Skins take this one. Knox 48-35. LaVille (3-0) at Winamac (1-2) - Laville is too much for the young Winamac team this year. I don't see Laville having many issues putting up big numbers. Laville 52-14 Triton (2-1) at Bremen (2-1)- Bremen's upset over Mishawaka Marian last week caught me by surprise, but maybe they are starting to click. Don't know much more about them. Triton should show up ready to play and looking to avenge their last meeting, but I don't know if it will be enough. I'm taking Bremen in a close one. 35-28. West Central (3-0) at Culver (1-2) - West Central starts the season 3-0 and Culver comes off a rough loss to Knox. Culver did some nice things in the first half against Knox before the game got away from them and I think they are the first true challenge to West Central this year. Culver 35-21.
  7. Unfortunately they would have to beat Judson and Knox. Just don't see it happening.
  8. Culver at Knox - After losing a close one last week, Skins get back on track and head into the Judson game with momentum. 56-14 Knox. LaVille at Pioneer - Not sure what to think about this years Panthers yet, this week will be very telling. I'm going with Laville in a close one. 28-21 Laville. North Newton at NJSP - Jays get the job done and start prepping for the week 4 rivalry. 42-7 NJSP. North White at Winamac - Winamac gets their first W. 35-14 Winamac. Triton at Caston - Was impressed with Tritons first half last week, I think they learn from last weeks mistakes and win this game easily. 35-7 Triton.
  9. Laville vs Triton NJSP vs Caston Rochester vs Knox South Central vs Culver Winamac vs Pioneer
  10. Caston at Culver Glenn at LaVille Pioneer at Knox Triton at North Judson West Central at Winamac
