  1. Heard he was wanting a pay raise so he thought about heading north. Obviously wasn’t good enough to get the AD job at SV
  2. Lots of changes happening in the conference this year.. fresh start for Attica and NV. Could this be Barrett’s last ride in the WRC? Also heard the tables are turning for the Woofs. Since Attica’s coach left they are getting a new turf football field. Also heard that Barrett is the front runner for the AD job at Attica. Could the Ramblers be the new Visors? @Donnie Baker what’s your thoughts?
  3. I helped her close her pool and made the her the best zima she's ever had... She told me after that she is over you.. Should've found her sooner pal
  4. Took the week off last week, I was still trying to recover from spending the weekend with @Lucy Draper. Donnie, you better wait until after football season to try and find her... Attica @ Riverton Parke: The Panthers are struggling but I still don't think Attica can get it done. Panthers will do what they do best and run the ball. I'm not sure if Attica throwing the ball is any better than what they have been doing the past 30 years. Attica will break a few but it will be late in the game. 54-12 Covington @ Seeger: Seeger is coming off of a huge win beating the legend and so is Covington after a dog fight with the Woofs. I think Seeger will run away with this one. 54-6 Fountain Central @ South Vermillion: Game of the week. Fountain Central will be fired about after getting beat in a close one last week. SV is big and has some athletes but I don't think they will be able to keep up with the Mustangs. Herbie will show The Visors who the real coach is in the WRC. 28-22 Woofs @ North Vermillion: Woofs are struggling after losing to a not so good Covington team. Crabtree will have the Falcons ready. Is this actual going to be his last year? If so he is going to want to make a statement. Woofs won't be able to keep up. 48-8
  5. Attica @ Seeger: Heard Seeger struggled to find their offense week one, but they have seem to found it last week putting up 49. I don't think this is the year that Attica gets their first win. Seeger 49-6 Riverton Parke @ Fountain Central: Herbie will have the Wild Ponies ready to roll. The panthers are coming off a tough loss to a really good Carrol team. Fountain Central is coming off a win against a mediocre Crawfordsville team. I just don't think the Mustangs will be able to take the ground and pound the Panthers have. But also, can RP stop the Ponies from throwing the ball around? RP 28-16 Covington @ NV: New coach for the trojans and things are looking well for them. NV is coming off a tough loss to a decent Paris team. Was the loss because they didn't have White? Who knows. I don't think NV is that good.. Covington 28-22 Parke Heritage @ South Vermillion: I still don't think Parke Heritage is as good as everyone thinks they are going to be.. Heard practices are optional there. South Vermillion might run the conference in the WRC but how would they do back in the WIC?? If the visor call the game like they did the last 3 minutes of the Sullivan game the Woofs might have a chance.. South Vermillion 42-12
  6. North Vermillion @ North Central: I'm going to take the Falcons in this one. The Thunderbirds aren't the power house they use to be. It must be a law to pass the playbook down at NC when you get fired... I'll take the Falcons by two scores. Woofs @ Linton: Not much to say about this one... Linton by however much they want. Pike Central @ Riverton Parke: Pike Central put up a fight last year against the Panthers. Heard they lost some guys but so did they panthers. Wonder how they will fare without the Hazzard kid? Heard they had some other athletes, we shall see... 42-24 Seeger @ LCC: Seeger I think will still be in the conference race at the end of the year. We will see how they are after the loss of all those seniors. But can anyone in the WRC compete with the Catholic schools? I think it's time for them to join their own division. 38-24 Riley @ Attica: Not sure who Riley is. I heard that Attica has a few more kids out this year. I also heard they played in some competitions this summer which is a plus from the last few years. Not sure about this game, maybe its time for Attica to win a football game. South Vermillion @ West Vigo: Heard the Mildcats threw for almost 300yds in 2 quarters the other night. This Garzo brother might be better than the other. Barret might ride into the sunset after his studs graduate. The Vikings might get pounced on by the Mildcats.. 56-18 Tri County @ Covington: I am going to take Covington week 1. Looking at Tri County's stats this might be one of Covington's few wins this season. Who knows.. Covington does have a new coach who is alumni and might have something rolling up there on the river. I just don't know if they can do it after the season they had last year... I think this game may be closer than people think. 24-18 Fountain Central @ Southmont: Saturday games suck... Heard the mildcats have 3 this year... I don't think southmont will be anything specail. Herbie and the mustangs return a few guys. Hard telling what the Hall of Fame coach has in store for us this year...
  7. I don't disagree, I saw that the game was being played at Danville High School. Those RP kids are going to be like a kid on Christmas playing on turf.
  8. SV @ Attica- Hats off to Attica for still sticking with it. This is going to be the last win of the season for the Wildcats. Attica will put up a fight but it won't be much of a game. 63-6 RP @ Covington- RP is coming off a huge win against the Woofs. I don't think the Trojans have the run game that the Woofs had. If NV couldn't throw on RP then I don't think Covington will be able to either. RP will ground and pound for a big win heading into sectionals. 54-2 PH @ FC- FC is going to be too much for the Woofs to handle. I don't think they have much to offer. It will be close but the power of the Stangs will be to much for them. FC 42-16 NV @ Seeger- Seeger has improved a ton on the year and have a chance to win the title out right. NV might give them a good game after playing a physical game last week against FC. I think Seeger keeps rolling into sectionals. 35-21
  9. Facebook is getting the best of ya... between the moms and the "burner account".
  10. Attica @ Covington- Attica has had it rough all season. But you have to tip your hats to them because they never give up. Covington has had its up and downs this season but haven't shown a whole lot of hope. It might be time for them to ditch the spread and not throw the ball as much. This game is going to be closer than people think. 35-22. Fountain Central @ North Vermillion- Fountain Central has shown improvement every week. I though they were going to get it done against the visors last week but just couldn't hang around. North Vermillion has seemed to pick it up since losing to the Panthers. Crabtree is going to show Herbie who the real hall of famer is and pull out the win. The Mustangs wont be able to stop the spread/no huddle. 35-24 Seeger @ South Vermillion - This is the game of the week with the conference championship on the line. Hopefully that the Patriots are healthy and can give the Visors a game. I jus think that the big men up front for SV are going to take the game over. The big fish in the small pond will keep rolling. (Until Sectionals) Parke Heritage @ Riverton Parke- The county championship is on the line for this game. I guess it was so important that they had to move it to a Saturday. I don't think the Woofs will have anything to give. I guess the Moore effect and the transfers really did help them last year. But playing at RP they might dig into the old Brain Moore/ @BillyBettis playbook and show them something they haven't seen. It won't be enough for the Woofs to beat the Panthers. Panthers roll them and get ready for the Trojans next week. 60-6
  11. Moore than one Rockville kid got the boot. I mean what else did you expect bringing multiple transfers?
  12. NV @ PH- Woofs are coming off a game they should've won by 20. Falcons are coming off a pick me up game after two tough conference losses back to back. I don't think the Moore effect will be enough to lead the Woofs to victory. NV 54-12 RP @ Attica- RP is coming off a bad loss to a pretty good SV team. Attica's numbers our down and will continue to go down. If I was them I would open the history books and run it up on them. Hazzard will score whenever he wants. I am curious to see how this one turns out. RP ??-6 Seeger @ Covington- Heard that Seeger is pretty banged up after battling Herbie and The Ponies last week. With Covington's play call choices it is going to be hard for them to beat anyone. I'll take the Patriots 49-7. SV @ Fountain Central- Herbie almost got it done last week at his ol stompin grounds, just didn't have enough horse power. I think this will be a good game for the first quarter and a half. FC seems to keep improving every week. SV will start rolling and pounce on the Ponies. SV 49-12
  13. Attica @ NV- Crabtree isn't going to be happy about losing two big games in a row. The Ramblin Men of Attica just don't have much to offer. I'm going to take NV 42-0 Trojans @ Woofs- The Woofs just don't have enough depth to play with anyone. After a big loss to a good Seeger team last week I am going to take the Trojans 42-12. FC @ Seeger- This could be a good game. Herbie is going to be fired up and ready to play at his old stomping grounds. But I don't think the counter and the QB power is going to be enough for the Mustangs. This might be the game that makes Herbie saddle up and ride off into the football sunset. Seeger 42-14 RP @ Mildcats- This is another game of the week. SV has a lot to offer but they are playing a tough RP team. RP is coming off a huge win over SV without their starting QB and I heard he is out again this week. Question is, will they spread it our or want to run it down their throat? This is going to be a close game but I'm taking RP 22-14.
  14. I heard Garman/Sanders won the tenderloin competition. Still think it would’ve been closer if Bettis/Marshall were there. Guess Bettis wanted to head back north and see the Woofs get shut out again.
  15. Only fair if we throw in a third team, Bettis/Marshall. You guys might be the favorite by far.
