Because he sucks. Because this program has fallen off majorly over the last decade and he contributed to it. Because he’s a milquetoast continuation of everything that isn’t working. Penn has significant tangible/intangible advantages they are not leveraging because they remain loyal to this good ol’ boy network of guys who the game has clearly passed by.
