The OHSAA was getting sued by a star wide receiver from Huber Heights Wayne (same school that ND's Marcus Freeman attended) for prohibiting NIL.  Judge issued a temporary restraining order against the OHSAA.

OHSAA did a very quick vote of their membership, and it passed, 400+ to 100+ with almost 1/3 of the schools abstaining.

Rules are that no NIL activities can be done on school property, in uniform, or during the school day.
