I'm here at tonight's Merrillville - Michigan City senior night boys basketball game at the Wolves Den.

At halftime I asked our superintendent Dr. Wendell McCulleum how the search for the new football coach is going since it has been a month since Cody French stepped down to take over at Portage and he told me that there will be an announcement at Tuesday nights school board meeting.

I am at the school board meeting Michigan City has hired Charles Salary from Calumet as the new head football coach.
