Speedhawk had a clean sweep of the board Week 2

He had Doggies, EC and L'burg all winning, it's true

This week I'll make my pick of the slate

Boring again, schedules not pulling much weight

 

Give me the Pirates in a close game, maybe one score

Connertucky the laughing stock of the EIAC once more

Maybe in tennis or girls golf they'll shine

If they ask for an exit, now might be the time...

 

Finally! A game with some intrigue, Speedhawk is in love

A battle of two titans looking for a shove

EC comes off a big win in New Pal

I think Elder brings them back to earth and hurts the morale

 

Jo-Jos at Lions in a battle of cats,

I bet we wait another week for the Lions Offense to put up some stats...

They bad, they are brutal, they haven't seen a point

To the bottom of the conference they go, stinking up the joint

 

Tough week for the Knights, Boom couldn't jump a 2A

The Doggies are conference, on the schedule they'll stay

On the hunt for a win, Mardi Gras will take a lick

Harder it gets, when Sisters of the Poor, you can't pick

 

YellowJackets in Stinkcity for a Route 50 clash

Kitties will run right over em, they'll hack and slash

But it's not EC or 5a, so this one seems chalk

Speedhawk sees his shadow 7 more weeks of running clock!

Yee.  Yee..  Yee... already week 3 in the EIAC!  C3 knows this, the grid is missing a few EIAC faithful.  Did the clown lose his password?  Where is Trojanman and crew?  

Another boring week....but ole triple will still make his picks.

Conny travels to treecity to face the flatbills and crew, flatbill coming off the biggest win in treecity history, flatbill will be "bringing sexy back" with back to back wins for the pirates.

C3 has picked against the mini Trojans twice now, C3 has been wrong as many times?  Is this EC squad really the 5th best team in indiana?  C3 will pick against the EIAC monster yet again as he just wasn't impressed with what he saw outta this squad.  Beating THE Ralphie was big, but Elder will be a different beast.

The game of the week, Mardi Gras invaders climb the hill to take on the Gray DAWG and company.  We will get more Z in the knee, and more flashes of the Lil Z rabbit running wild.  Bulldog BLs will be flowing all night and you just might catch ole triple at Benny's post-game if the mood is right!  Im sure things will get heated, but the DAWGS will be too much!

What a shame that this thread seems to have died off, genuinely some of the most fun on the GID. 

Connersville @ Greensburg- Hondaburg rolls right through Connersville. Greensburg 35 Connersville 7

East Central at Elder- Big Red and Black coming off a great win against New Pal last week. Can they keep it rolling? I doubt it, but think it will still be a good game. Elder 28 EC 14

FC @ Rushville- Another week of Rushville getting shut out. Steak sandwiches will flow, FC 49 Rushville 0

SD @ Batesville- Coach Boom and the boys got on the right side of the scoreboard last week. Batesville though will be too much for the Knights. Batesville 42 SD 14

Taylor (OH) @ Lawrenceburg- Kickoff moved to 8PM, Friday night under the lights in the Pit. Tigers get their signal caller back this week, and look to take the sting out of the yellow jackets. Lawrenceburg wins, not sure on a score prediction but the return of the QB coupled with a stellar defense means the Tigers will prevail.
