Batesville @ Connersville- I will take Connersville 28-21 EC @ Roncalli- EC in a nailbiter North Decatur @ FC- FC has played well since losing to Lawrenceburg. But give me North Decatur to pull off the upset. Rushville @ Greensburg- Rushville is flying high after taking down Coach Boom and Lil Card. Greensburg has played better in recent weeks. Pirates make the Lions walk the plank. SD @ Lawrenceburg- SD coming off the most disappointing loss since Pluto lost its status as a planet. Tigers are rolling and it is senior night. Early night for the Knights. Clock running by halftime.

The Burg got those pup fans so scared, they don't even know what class the QB is. Connies forever, Tubas never!

Somehow this morning we forgot Greensburg @ FC. Too many wings this weekend, we meant no disrespect. FC over Greensburg, as they look to take out some frustration after taking it on the chin last week.

South Dearborn @ EC- A matchup with not much to see. Trojans roll early. Attucks @ Connersville- Well who knows, this game may be played in Indy, since bleachers take so long to construct. Attucks makes short work of the Spartans Lapel @ Rushville- Good feelings after getting one in the win column last week, end in a hurry. Lapel by a lot. Casket Town @ Stinktown- Lawrenceburg is on a roll every since facing big red and black. The Bulldogs just do not have the same "bite" as last years dream class. Light show galore in stinktown- Tigers by 21+

East Central @ Batesville- Both teams come in at 3-1. South Dearborn @ Greensburg- SD comes in at 3-1, Greensburg is 0-4 Connersville @ Rushville- Connersville 3-1, Rushville 0-4 Franklin County @ Lawrenceburg- Match up of the week. Both teams enter at 3-1. Should be a great game!

Almost everyone in the EIAC has a drone.

Batesville and FC will be like a heavyweight prize fight. However, do not expect the Dog's to give FC the Buster Douglas Tyson treatment. Give me the 'Cats 35-27. Greensburg is probably feeling pretty good after getting their first win since 22. That feeling won't last. Tigers win that game by as many as they want to.

There is a zero percent chance K tried to help Boom get the win record. Coach K is far too competitive for that. The Tigers simply had an "off" night, but at the end of the day they won. That is all that matters, no such thing as "style" points in high school football. You play to win the game, and the Tigers have done that at an impressive rate under K.

Should be a great week of football in this sectional. Stinktown @ Batesville- This is going to be a great game. The Tigers have a bad taste in their mouths after suffering a 3-point defeat to the Bulldogs in the regular season. The Dogs have also had a really good season Ol Graydog has come in and got his system flourishing. But Stink Town is not the same team it was when these teams met back in week 7. Indian Creek @ FC- wow the Jojos are still playing football. I am not sure how many people would have thought that possible with the way they lost to the Knights in the regular season. To flip the score is incredible, hats off to their staff and players. I don't really know enough about the Creek to make a prediction on this game, but surmise it will be a close hard hard-fought contest. Word on the street is STC went straight to Batesville after the win Friday to start the party early. I wonder if we can arrange for him and Triple C to have a drink off, although that could be dangerous for the town of Batesville.

Sectional Week is finally here! Dawgs at Rushville- Dogs by 28 FC at SD- South Dearborn takes out some frustration from last week's loss to Stinktown. Knights by 3 or more scores. Hondaturd at Indian Creek- Mercifully the season finally comes to an end for little Ralphie and the Pirates. Stinktown at Centerville- This should be a fun and exciting matchup. Centerville comes into round one with a perfect 9-0 record. There could be some intrigue here early as each team feels one another out. At the end of the day, the kitties have been purring, and they walk away with a victory.

Lawrenceburg @ Connersville- The kitties are purring again. Tigers by 20 plus. Appetizer for next week when they take on coach Boom and the boys. Only good thing about taking a trip to Connersville is Ol' STC and crew can stop at the Fantasy Inn for a game of Edward 40 hands before kickoff. Franklin County @ Batesville- Nothing to see here. After a promising start, Franklin County has went downhill in a hurry. This is a week for the Graydog to work on some things headed into the post season. Hondaturd @ EC- This one will be as ugly as EC wants it to be. It will be interesting to see how much PT Ringer gets. If he gets double-digit carries look for him to score on at least six of them. I know EC is not in the business of running it up but feeding the bell-cow a heavy workload could help his Mr. Football chances. Will be another miserable night for Greensburg in what has to be the worst season in recent memory for them. SD @ Rushville- Coach Boom and crew are excited to head to Rushville for some steak sammies. This game could be closer than some people think, but SD gets the job done and secures another winning season.
