Indianapolis Arsenal Tech playing at University of Indianapolis

I've noticed that Tech has been playing their games over at Key Stadium on the southside of Indianapolis instead of on campus this season, and I'm just trying to figure out why that is.  Are they doing renovations at Tech, which required the relocation?  IPS is notorious for being mum on subjects with athletics.

I've heard they have a sinkhole in that field the Colts paid for.

Whether true or not, that's what I was told.
