Coachshelton Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 The 30th Annual Southern Indiana Bench Press and Squat Championships will take place at South Spencer High School on Saturday March 16, 2024. Male athletes compete in two age divisions Freshmen-Sophomore & Junior-Senior. There are 10 weight classes in the two age divisions. Team trophies for 1st-3rd place and individual trophies and medals for 1st-4th place are awarded. Female’s will compete in two age divisions Freshmen-Sophomore & Junior-Senior, with 4 weight classes in the two age divisions. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
