just curious, please don’t get up set with me like last week and say “what’s it matter” but why didn’t Attica play SV last week? Was it covid related? If so I’m sorry for the team, but why would they let other Attica teams participate in other group events? 
I can see cross country, just tell your kids to run faster to stay away from everyone else. 
Was it to protect players for first week of sectional? Fine if that was the reason, but it can’t be both ways. 

Only team I’m rooting for this weekend is NV. Those kids deserve to play in two weeks. 

I watched South Putnam on Friday night. Wasn’t that impressed with their offense. They do run the ball well, and that will be a challenge for the Wolves. Not sure their secondary can handle the PH receiving crew.
Will be a higher scoring game but I think the Wolves will pull this one out.

Bahaha Donnie it looks like we might get to 4 pages this week. Page two and it’s only Monday morning and it looks like we have until Saturday afternoon. We can do it. 
 

Sounds like that is what every school was doing last week in some sports in the northern part of the conference. Looks like they protected the players that ran cross country and played volleyball. Make no sense. So I will refer to my question last week. Why are some schools not playing? 
 

Reasons 

Covid - then all sports/extracurricular activities in that school should be shut down 

Player safety- if there is a lack of players to safely play the the game. Then how do you justify playing some games and not others?
 

Competition - not playing because you are not able to compete

As of right now, PH and RP will play Saturday at 3:30. Limited ticket sales 

Yes it will be interested to see how it plays out. I can see issues if some sports in schools are being canceled and others are not. Doesn’t make sense not to play or cancel them all. 
 

What is the status of Covid in Putnam county? Any schools having issues?

Don’t know everything, but know a lot. I guess they selectively picked who they wanted to play. I guess they probably regret playing Covington. If they would of skipped that game they would be CO-WRC champs.

I think it is a bit silly to infer that teams are dodging other teams because their afraid of competition and not because of Covid....

Oh I thought they were out this week because of fall break. I believe SV was on virtual schooling a few weeks back and continued to play on Friday night. Also as of 6 hours ago PH was posting that tickets were limited to 2 per player. So I assumed if they were canceling because they were out of school being virtual schooling they would of canceled before now.  Let know Donnie if there is anything else you want to argue about so we can get to 4 pages

Heard FC canceled, or as some will say, PH backed out of another game

Donnie didn’t mean to ruffle your feathers. I said “if they are dodging teams they didn’t want to play” if it’s covid that’s different.

So they had covid issues the week of Seeger, PH, and SV? If they have it that bad they shouldn’t of played anyone. Or are you saying that they would physically get kids hurt playing those teams? 

Yes, we all know PH didn’t play a couple games, that’s old news, still don’t know the whole story about the West Vigo game. But really who cares at this point. 
 

I have a feeling that the tournament and this fall will end up like the spring did. Lets hope not.

Seeger may be a little closer then expected at Herbie may try some new things to give SV a different look come sectionals 

PH. Hope everyone comes out healthy. Does both teams have everyone playing this week? 
 

SV not sure they are even worrying a about the Ramblers as they are busy preparing for their undefeated WRC pep rally. I would save the celebration for their tournament run. 

If Attica drops out of Friday nights game they shouldn’t be allowed to play in sectionals. If they are dodging teams that they cant beat , then they have no business playing.
Scenario, they play NV in the opening round and win then are they going to forfeit the game against South Put? The NV kids have battled all year so I hope they win so we don’t even have to discuss it.

This is going to be an interesting thread to follow for the next few days. Some needs to dig into what’s going on.

why would West Vigo cancel? Worried about covid? Doesn’t want to get beat by another 1A school?  

I do know RP is starting their fall break early due to the number of kids in the county quarantined. Does this have something to do with the it?
