I think leaving Jasper out is a mistake. I’d put us above Southridge and behind Heritage Hills. I’d put Memorial at the top and Reitz and MD up there as well. Hopefully the move to the SIAC will help us come tournament time in the future. Is there a more accomplished coach in the state than Mike Goebel? I wrestled against those state championship wrestling teams and holy crap. I’d love to have been a fly on the wall during those practices to see exactly how he did it. TigerFan, I am originally from Jasper and use to go to all of the games but since moving I lost track of the team. I just want to thank you and another fan from Memorial for all of your coverage of the SIAC. It has helped me to stay connected to something important to me. I’ve been reading your stuff all year long and it is really insightful and well done. Maybe I’ll get down there sometime for a memorial jasper game and buy you a few beers before. thanks!!!
