What a game. Riverton played the best first half of football in their school’s history last night, but ran out of gas in the second. my few takeaways: -Panthers came out in a trips spread look before going back to the devils offense. I’ll assume that was Bradley tipping his hat to me. Noted! -I was shocked to see RP come out in cover 0 press man and load up the box. Evidently they did that all year, it paid off in the first half as I feel SP panicked and kept taking shots and not connecting. Ran a few flood concepts but no real “man beaters”. Their play calling was pretty vanilla, and their best player wasn’t getting the rock enough IMO. -RP got out of press man in the second half as Sanders and another DB seemed to be playing deep halves cloud cover 2. Opened up the box which let the SP RB have his way with the panthers in the second. -SP was what looked to be in a 5-2 with both middle backers extremely wide, dang near over the tight ends. Did a great job stopping jet and counter. Panthers seemed to be having success running what I call A gap power, until their last possession in regulation where they ran it 2-3 times and just gut out muscled and turnover on downs by literal inches. -Once the Panthers turned over on downs, SP had 2 minutes to go 80 yards, this possession was nothing but a flag fest. 5 on SP and 1 on RP. SP running back prob rushed for 75 yards that possession and all were called back. I’ve never seen so many flags. Multiple holds, multiple unsportsmanlike conducts, etc. -If anyone can find out how many flags were thrown I’d say over 20. I said the winner of this game will win the state title, I’m not sure if SP can pull it off being so undisciplined with the flags and having to burn a crucial timeout when they had 13 players on the field, yes 13. -Lastly, when I arrived to the stadium, the ticket taker must have known me and was not very friendly, she didn’t spit on me which I will say I appreciated, but after getting over my nausea of being in the enemy’s motherland, I continued to feel some sort of evil taking over my consciousness. I looked up and it all made since, Satan himself was there, Coach King. I was greeted with a hug and a few kind words, along with the other dozens of former players and colleagues that made their way to speak to him. It was great to see him. -If allowed, I’ll give me thoughts on the conference and thoughts on how next year will unfold in my opinion.

Not too far of a comparison when talking about arm strength, body size, strength, athleticism and IQ. Putting up nearly 500 yards a game is pretty impressive when it’s spread evenly across 6 kids. Only kid I can remember having any success running the ball on PH was the Foxworthy kid from FC. Pretty good!! Only team that gave them a game was RP as Kevin Allen can scheme like a varsity coach. Every person has mentioned next season and all teams, not sure how I’m hijacking the thread talking about my kids and what we have coming.

I don’t know much about football but I doubt SP stays in a 3 man front against a double tight double wing team lol. Yes, our junior high program and youth teams dominated this season and yes, I humbly take credit for building that program. Not sure what the future holds but we have some cats coming.

Mr. Richard, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul".

Did Brad let the underclassmen vote to not go in like he did the last year of the rox? -

I know we rather badmouth good men, talk about drones and moms spaghetti but none of my valid points were answered last week. -can this run heavy offense of RP score points when trailing in a hurry? - Will coach sanders try to run the score up Friday against former big brother Parke Heritage? Does Collin Stone and his staff have to keep the game close vs RP Thursday in junior high in hopes of no retaliation to the Wolves? -are we all the smartest kids on the shortbus? -Very happy for Brad’s hard work showing off, and I do call him a friend. I’m just confused as to what the difference is between this RP team and Barrett’s and Moore’s squads? They were called everything in the book and bashed over dominating a weak conference. What gives to you keyboard warriors? Kevin and I are the only ones with our names on here. -Has there been a legit change in transferring by the IHSAA? I have heard many different scenarios but what’s legit? I don’t wanna search, tell me. -
Wabash River Conference Week 7

We can’t say this about the Wolves and then say this Riverton team is comparable to two state title teams. Either the Parke County schools are the smartest teams on the short bus or they are both vastly improved. Can this run attack hold up against a good South Put team? If they get down can they pass the ball well enough to score in a hurry? I’ve interviewed 3 times to be their pass coordinator and Allen and/or Garmin have shut it down. Lots of Bettis names on the RP record holder wall, no loyalty. Kevin Allen’s new nickname is Jimmy Hart, the mouth of the south! 😀 -

If you don’t know Kevin Allen, you’re not livin right. Runs Best friends with Sanders, smokin hot fiancé, makes around 500k a year and only works 30% of year, has the nickname “half-calf” for a reason, and lives and dies by the god awful double tight, double wing offense. -

Why the King hate? He’s a good Christian man. Is it Sander’s coaching or Kevin Allen’s money and recruitment skills? Got a text I needed to check out the ol GID today. -
-Kevin is my friend, we like to bicker. He’s an asshole, but I enjoy him! -Our best players were all from PH, we didn’t end the season but with 1 transfer from a program point of view we would have been better without any transfers to be honest. Dumpster fire. I still feel we win the sectional and conference without anyone new -Hazzard was THE best player in the conference. -very happy for Brad. He deserves it, but like you said they haven’t won a game that they shouldn’t have yet.

Traders Point at North Vermilion Park Tudor at Fountain Central Riverton Parke at Covenant Christian Haven’t been watching much football lately and caught too much grief about me mocking the war wagon so I’ve decided to go into hibernation. I will take Woody and Blank over TP. 34-21 Hard for me to go against Coach King. Mustangs 23-21 OT. #24 isn’t playing the worst group of WRC teams in the last 50 years anymore. Hell of a career but the one man band won’t be able to pull it out over bigger and faster Christian’s. Not sure if the panthers are here to stay but I do know they don’t have anyone close to Hazzard coming up. CC 56-RP 21.
