Are you going? We usually sit on the 40 on the south side when we go. Our son's have all graduated now, but a bunch of us former players get together for a couple games a year. Talking about having over 8000 fans there Friday. We will pregame at Wings ETC in Osceola.

BD goal line stand right at the end of second quarter was impressive IMO. Moeller 1st and Goal on BD 3 yard line. BD stops Michigan Commit on 3 straight runs. Then on fourth down Moeller gave up on Michigan RB and tried something different, that did not work out so well for them.  I won't spoil what happens on fourth down but it had me going what the heck!  You can watch the series of plays for yourself at about 2:02:00 into the broadcast. Thanks for the link! Is Ohio HS still allowed to push the ball carrier from behind? I know that was a rule change in Indiana this year and you cannot push the ball carrier anymore.

This is TV 46 Game of the Week. I know it is a rivalry, but honestly do not know if it is game of the week worthy. Last year was pretty much a slugfest with LaVille getting the best of Bremen. Maybe I am wrong, but LaVille lost a ton of experience. Bremen doesn't have much experience, but they love to hit quoting from Tony Ross in the Marshall County schools interview from earlier in the week. I want to say that this matchup is going to be closer, but my heart is saying that it will be LaVille 42 Bremen 14 

It was the game of the week because there is a bunch of Bremen Alumni working for 46.

Schools with field turf are gonna be awful. Always 10-15 degrees hotter on the field. 

As long as Northwood's Oline can hold up and give their qb some time to throw, they will be in Indy.

St Ed's has an incredible rugby program too. Most of their kids are dual sport Football/rugby. Over the years I go to meet and get to know some St Ed's parents at rugby tournaments. Always very nice and personable.

Granted it's a brutal first 4 week schedule, but I came away even more impressed with all aspects of this year's team than I'd imagined.
