Homestead Dwenger Luers top 3 in that order. Hard to say this early but all the other Sac teams will likely be chasing these 3 in my opinion.

Knapke said it best bunch of dogs on this Luers team.

Hard hitting game. Time of possession is a little shocking looking at the score despite turnovers

Turn around this year was surprising to me given last year’s performance.
We had a pretty young team last year. This year's team is finally starting to click at the right time. The real concern is Hale going down. Luers always has that next man up mentality down to a science so they should be ready.

Hard to judge some of these Luers teams. They don't see another 2A schools until the tournament starts and their sectional outside of Eastside is a joke.
It is hard to judge based on the teams they play but you can always count on effort and physicality from luers

Luers seems to be able to turn it off and on at any time during the game offensively. How's webos defense? I've looked at their points given up but not their statistical numbers.

Nothing like going 3-6 in conference and winning semi state. Hats off to pioneer on a great season. Never take the foot off the gas against luers.

22-0 PIONEER in 2nd Quarter.
From Radio guys I am listening to, sounds like they are befuddled that Pioneer is really good at running the wing T and cannot understand how they keep gashing them off tackle.
Makes sense I never trusted a mascot with a wagon ever sense the boomer sooner keeps tipping over

Why do much hate for the Mighty Bulldogs?
We know, here on the GID, the SAC is Down trending, but man stop taking it out, your frustrations, on New Haven!
They have never been good , and never have had any good coaching for 50 or so years. So you ragging on them is pathetic.
Before long the SAC will be with the “DOG’S” to the East. LOL 😂New haven't wouldn't be a bad addition I don't know why they get so much hate. They have athletes if they could just get a good coaching crew and program built through the middle school they would be fine

The only thing not funny and offensive is your stupidity. There was no slander or negative connotation in my post but you turned it that way through pure ignorance.
Lighten up Francis.
Your calling a black doctor ignorant and stupid? Very nice but anyway back to football. I could see it swing either way hopefully luers defense shows up

It’s a joke dude lighten up. It was a call back to some threads from a few years ago.
It's 2020 it's not that funny and offensive to my fellow class mates that went through luers

Ha replied to the wrong post. Meant to reply to the post surrounding Luke Goode and his college considerations. I believe Goode is Trent Green’s nephew and IU is a destination favorite.
Correct Goode is the nephew of Trent Green. He's also a cousin of Ben Skowronek who recently grad transferred from Northwestern to Notre Dame. Heard that Louisville basketball has been recruiting Goode hard. He does not currently hold an offer from Indiana

No - Prairie Heights' coaching staff has done a great job providing the program with stability, a rise in numbers, and steady improvement. @BLKnights7 they've been 5-5 a couple times in the last 15 or so years. In parts of the 70's and 80's they were very good. They will continue to improve, in my opinion.
Good to hear. By the way the hoops team looks like it's gonna have another great season!

They have had some severe numbers problems and were in danger of cancelling some games at one point. This creates problems for opposing schools when it comes to scheduling. Not surprised to see them dropped by Garrett.
That's a shame, always wanted to see prairie succeed. Don't believe they have ever had a winning season.

How sickining. There's no place for recording of any kind in a locker room.

East Nobles offense is way too good to take the foot off the gas by running the ball. Hats off to Hobart on a great season.

Ok, we can agree to disagree on that. I have another question for you.
I would like to know about the Hobart Offense. The offense clearly wants to run the ball and control the clock. East Noble has defended the run great this season, so what's the plan if they can't run the ball or they go down by 2 scores? They've thrown 20 passes total in the playoffs, which tells me 2 things.
1. They didn't need to throw because they had a lead/tied/only a one score game.
2. They aren't comfortable throwing.
Example: New Prairie had 8 guys in the box and played cover 0 for basically the entire game, and Hobart continued to run the ball. If that look doesn't scream, "We dare you to throw", I don't know what does. The one passing TD to #4 was after a timeout, which was a great call by the coaching staff. But when forced into must throw situations, the offense was bailed out by New Prairie penalties.
With exception to the leo sectional game, you have to score and score fast against east Noble or they will open it up. If Hobart offense can't do that I don't see them winning on a purely defensive battle. Could be completely wrong on that but that's why the game is played. Either way looking forward to this one should be a great atmosphere up in Kendallville tonight!

I like snider this year they just need to show me more on the defensive side of the ball which I'm sure they will as the season progresses.
