Won't mention a name but there was a basketball player at Luers when I was going through that had about 20-25 D1 schools beating his door down. His grades and attendance were so bad that they couldn't do anything with him. Ended up fizziling out in Juco ball.

From everything I've gathered and heard 62 shouldn't play another down of football and the school should look into a suspension.

I was on the 09-13 teams. This team shouldn't be satisfied no but still a heck of an accomplished sharing the title. And I agree winning state all 4 years was great but painting the bell from blue to black and red was something I'll never forget. 09-12* sorry fat crooked fingers

Exactly its not a thing of luck that they are a shared sac champion. They lost to a very good snider team and there's no Shame in that.

I'd like to see this game played at home regardless of weather. No excuses come playoff time.

They have pre existing stadiums it would be cheaper putting down turf for them than building a whole new stadium for snider. Believe me I think it would be cool to see snider have an official home stadium near campus but is it realistic when their situation at spuller stadium is doing fine and still being a "money maker". The revenue at one stadium hosting two teams outweighs the cost of operating an added stadium. I personally don't think anyone looks down on snider for their success either. They have proven they are a "blue blood" program in the state, and I wish them success in the tournament.

You can't bring up the word turf in fort Wayne without people on here throwing their two cents in about snider building a new stadium. It's a dumb argument FWCS has alot more to deal with then worrying about snider building a new stadium.

I would personally like luers to keep the grass field. Something about coming out of the lockeroom stopping at the Grotto and heading over the hill and onto the grass field is nostalgic for me and I'm sure alot of other past players.

2 wins on Dwengers turf in a year is better than one. I tease, Luers field got pretty tore up after the snider game. A lot of rain the day before the game. Thanks to Dwenger for allowing use this Friday good luck to the saints in tournament play.

Eastside played us tough last year. They have a good team again this year. Can't overlook the blazers should we both make it to the sectional final.

Man those jimtown matches were fun. Talk about some hard hitting buckle up your chinstrap games.

If the team's tie the head coaches should have a hot wing eating contest to determine who gets the bell.

I would personally like to see more talk about the team's rather than a crap shoot of who thinks who will win. Just my 2 cents

No one probably shows up to watch a horrible Concordia team so they have to add a surcharge for the visiting fans is my guess

I like Wayne to pick up their first win of the season. I think homestead will come out and play the best ball of their season after last week's loss.

Luers hangs on 45-42. Love the Underdog mentality from the Knights.

With the way Sniders defense has been playing Concordia could definitely make a game out if it.

Homestead has earned and should be number one until Dwenger beats them. The SAC really needs to figure it out in regards to scheduling outside of conference. I'm sure there are numerous programs more than willing to add an SAC team to the schedule.

I mentioned their defense in an earlier post I'm not really sure what's going on with the defense. Like you said I'm confused as to why they are lining up the way they have been, I figured an adjustment would have been made after the north game. It is early, hoping they can get it turned around.

Looking forward to Snider Vs Carroll and Dwenger Vs North Could be two very close games or could be blowouts. Will be a good gauge on how the SAC could look moving forward this year.
