Does you school require random drug screenings for athletes

I think it might interesting to see what schools test and those who do not test

Westfiedl does the testing on athletes, drivers, and all extra-curricular students randomly.

I understand the alcohol but not nicotine.  I know underage cant buy tobacco I just don't understand why the school would have interest outside of their facility enough to test.  Most athletic teams have a rule in regards to tobacco, I thought it was about being caught red handed using or having on your person.
