Goal post damage

If you not see the picture but one set

of bleacher got blowing up and took out the south goal post.  Not sure when it happen during the storms. Say they could have restarted the game what would done since one side was missing a goal post?  Would they have had both offensive got to the north end zone for the rest to f the game.
