Coach Lou Posted July 1 Posted July 1 With half the schools in the NLC having new coaches for the 2026 season, who has the biggest impact and change on their team? Also, any talk of transfers of players with int the conference? I know the QB from Northwood has moved to Concord. Quote
Sparty Posted July 3 Posted July 3 That’s quite the turnover for a single conference. 8 school conference? Quote

Coach Lou Posted July 7 Author Posted July 7 Plymouth is the school. The past 10 years Plymouth, Wawasee, and Goshen have been a revolving door as far as head coaches and now with the open transfer being allowed all 3 are seeing a number of players leave for the other schools who have much more stable programs. 1 Quote
F00tballGuy Posted July 11 Posted July 11 Northridge--I think this is the best hire in bunch. Amstutz brings in a winning history plus already had the building blocks in place. Plymouth--If Corbett can keep the kids buying in like Handley did they will continue to make progress. Not sure how fast that will happen though. Wawasee--First time head coach Osmialowski has been with the program for 9 years. He brought in former Northridge HC Chad Eppley as an assistant so look for them to be a more pro style sets. I expect them to be much improved this year. Goshen--Not sure what the thought was on this. All they had to do was look south at how Flexbone was not working at Wawasee. Heckaman may be a good coach but I am not sure on how they are going to succeed with this offense in this conference. Quote

Yeah, the ‘bone definitely can’t work at a large NLC school and it’s definitely not like any current large NLC school has run it successfully for years, now… 1 Quote
F00tballGuy Posted Tuesday at 12:16 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:16 PM Where in this statement did I say Flexbone does not work in the NLC? This guy is not Curtis or Kinder and Goshen is not the same as these two schools. Quote

Coach Lou Posted 10 hours ago Author Posted 10 hours ago Hearing a lot of good things coming out of Northridge Camp and also some new additions to the roster. Look for big improvements from the Raiders under coach Amstutz. Also hearing the same out of Northwood's camp. Quote
