MustangFootball
We have multiple coaching jobs open for our varsity and junior high programs for 2021. Teaching positions will be determined in the spring, but are looking for lay coaches as well. We are looking for hard working individuals, who want to help develop players. Please get a hold of me if you are interested or may know someone who may be interested. Thanks!!! CheapSeats
Hope to see the Mustangs get back to where they were in the past. FC has a very rich tradition in football and it was different seeing them struggle the past few seasons. A strong FC team definitely makes the WRC better. szachery
I've followed the Fountain Central program since 1983 (yes, I was only 9) when they beat Sheridan in the Semi-State 19-14. My dad went to Seeger (my aunt and uncle are also Stephanie White's aunt and uncle), the family farm ended up outside of Veedersburg and my cousins were Fountain Central grads. I've often thought of the changes that might have happened in our family if we also would have stayed in that area. While my oldest brother won a state championship in 1980 at Sheridan, and my middle brother in 1984, and me in 1992, along with a few sectional and regional titles to go with Nick winning in 2005-2007, how would the football landscape have changed (if at all)? Would we have no state titles as a family, would Sheridan have more, would FC have more? Sorry to usurp the thread, but I still consider moving back to the area because of our family's history there and wonder what it's like now?!? I have coached for 25 years and still yearn for that small school atmosphere...nothing like it in my opinion!
