The mighty, mighty Eagles of St. Edward (Lakewood, OH) continued their Ohio Div. 1 title defense. They’ve won their first two playoff games by a combined score of 91-6. Next up: the hated Iggies of St. Ignatius, whom the Eagles curb-stomped 48-6 a month ago.

Closer this time, but the Eagles take down Iggy 28-7. Next up: the Mentor Cardinals (alma mater of the great Mitchell — don’t call me Mitch — Trubisky). Calpreps has the Eagles as a 19 pt. favorite to punch their ticket to the final four.

Like every day, today is a great day to be an Eagle!
