I realize this is not on the topic of High School football, but it occurred in a CFL game my family attended last weekend in Toronto and it really surprised me.
I knew all the different rules regarding 3 downs, running starts towards the line of scrimmage, no fair catches, etc. But early in the game a running back fumbled and the ball deflected off a defensive player and rolled out of bounds. They gave the ball to the defense! Turns out the last team to TOUCH it gets it! Interesting.
