Well Flea-Bag I'm not from Milan but I did bring them up because they are a 1A school that beat your mighty Bull-mutts this year and have beat your team 2 out of the last 3 years! If you weren't running your mouth how the puppies were going to beat G-burg I wouldn't have had to say anything but since you did you really initiated everything! And when can't a person from Milan or anywhere for that matter comment on an EIAC thread? I'm not questioning Batesville's past 20 years, I'm questioning their last few years! Heppner was a a great Coach and always produced a respectable team! This crew must have been promoted from their mighty Flag-Football league to coach the team! First thing you said that is right!

Stinkburg takes care of Pirates after a close first half just because it is at Hondatown and Knigga's air game is grounded a bit from the weather and being back on the natural pasture. Lburg - 28 Gburg - 14 EC will take Mooresville in a close game as long as they don't turn it over and the hankies stay in the Ref's pockets. If EC puts the ball on the ground and the Ref's are from Indy again it could be a long night for the Trojans. EC-31 Mooresville - 27

Do I think Milan is an overall better program than Batesville, No but they have beat Batesville 2 out of the past 3 years and they beat you bad (3 TD's) this year! Your boy K9 is delusional and thinks Batesville was good this year and he keeps on ragging on poor Milan like they are some chumps, but they have an 8-2 record and are playing in the sectional championship this weekend while the Dawgs are putting on their basketball sneakers. And yes Batesville would have finished 3rd in the Mid-Indiana conference this year behind N. Decatur and Milan, no doubt about it!

I can tell you who doesn't belong, that would be Batesville in the EIAC!!! Losing to little ol' Milan 2 out the past 3 years! I'd say you better start scheduling your crosstown rival Oldenburg so you can get some more W's in that win column. Before you spout off about Milan being the EIAC's little step cousin you better be able to say that you can beat Milan consistently which you haven't done! Don't run your mouth when you would have finished 3rd in the Mid-Indiana Conference this year!!!

Wow name calling! I'd expect more from someone from Casket Nation! I must have hit a nerve. Sorry K9, but I call'em like I sees'em! I think the game is at B'ville so maybe your PVC goal posts will bend in your favor this weekend and you get a cheap field goal at the end of the game to make it closer! The Milan "Native Americans" are going to scalp those North Greensburg Chargers next time they play them!!! Don't you worry K9, I'll keep these mean old 1A schools away from Batesville so you don't have to humiliate yourself anymore, and you can continue to beat up the likes of Rushville, Connersville, and Jennings Co (oh and Rushville for the 2nd time)! Good job on winning 4 games this year!!!

Sad how the 2nd round of the Sectional is Batesville's Super Bowl! Seems about right when you consider the win total of the teams that they have beaten this year adds up to a whopping "5" wins (and that is counting Rushville's one win twice). Greensburg might as well be Michael Vick this weekend when they get done spanking the the dawgs, the once proud program of Batesville. Maybe Milan can switch with Batesville and join the EIAC to give the other EIAC members some good competition.

Yes, kids can have a bad night, but I get tired of crowning a certain class State Champion (like Evansville Memorial in 2017) the BEST in all classes 1A-4A! Were they a great team? Yes! But to crown them the best in every class 1A-4A probably not. Could they compete and beat any given 4A school on any given night that year? Yes, but they didn't have to play the likes of East Central, Lowell, or Dwenger. Could many more 3A schools like Chatard, W Lafayette, and Mishawaka Marion beat Memorial that year? Yes! Evansville Central, a strong 4A school that year, put a hurting on them on Memorial's home field and if you saw that game you know Central was the better team "that" night, WAY better! Great team in 2017 but to crown them best overall in all the other classes, I don't think so.

How in the heck can you proclaim you're the best team in the State (1A-4A) in 2017 when the only ranked 4A school you played beat you by 28 points and put up over 500 yards on offense on you and held you to 7 points??? Care to change your statement?

I'm looking forward to the Big EIAC matchup between EC and SD this weekend, it will be my 2nd game of the season I went to the EC vs Lburg game (and I'll go the Lburg vs SD game later in the year) but frankly I thought Lburg was the way better team in the 1st half but the scoreboard didn't show it. EC wore down L'burg in the 2nd half but I wonder if Lburg could have covered a WR or tackled a RB when they have 6 guys on him but only tackle theirselves but let the RB go and watch him step back and run for a TD (and find a kicker from the "boys" soccer team) in the first half and went into the half up 14-0 or at least 14-7 if the game would have turned out differently? Enlighten me on this one Stink bc I thought your boys should have been up 14-0 at the half. I know you got rid of your DC because you didn't cover anyone in the State Championship a few years ago, but I thought you got rid of that defense when you got rid of your DC? That play reminded me of Concordia game so much I thought I was back in LOS for a minute. Now, the EC vs SD game. SD has not played anyone to date and their loss to Seymour is a bad loss. I know they had a ton of turnovers and probably shouldn't have lost that game but none of SD's opponents to date have impressed anyone. EC's win over Lburg and Harrison are impressive, but the other 3 wins are not (Why did the rest of the EIAC outside of Dearborn Co give up football?). With this game being at EC and the last time SD was there I remember a little controversy at the end of the game? That game and controversial play was great reading on here last year! I've been looking forward to this game all year! EC's defense sounds like the real deal, but the Offense needs to start showing up. They struggled at Lburg the whole first half and from what I watched online they didn't do much against Harrison either except for one drive when the DB scored their only TD. I have not seen SD since last year but it sounds like they think they can compete with EC from now on. If they can keep the EC running game in check it will be a slugfest like last year in the Sectional. If EC can run the ball at will look for a blowout! My prediction EC - 24 SD - 13, like last year SD scores early but EC wears down SD and scores a couple long run TD's. I think it will be a game though, I can't wait to see what Ballart has in store for his alma mater! I know you can expect a few trick plays during this game! As for the rest of the EIAC - Lburg will win whoever their playing against and the rest of the teams can start getting ready for Basketball season! Sad how Batesville and Franklin County, 2 once proud programs, can't field a competitive team! G-burg, C-ville, and R-ville ought to all just drop football and improve their soccer teams so they can something to root for in the fall!
