Seales also advertises her pornography page on her open and public social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram. “Buttercup” is also the name she uses on her pornography page. It also appears Seales was married to a convicted child molestor for some time. A man, who appears to have been her husband until 2018 was convicted of Child Molestation in 1998 and spent 3 years in prison. RNM reached out to Seales on Facebook to get her comments on the pornography page. SF had a (kinda) similar occurrence whilst my kids were in school, one of the teachers actually was a stripper and I had the experience of running into her at a bachelor party years before. SF certainly viewed her in a different way, but there was never any incident or evidence of any of her outside personal activities seeping into the classroom, so nothing was ever said or a fuss ever made. This one is distinctly different however, and it is a private program school, so they have the latitude to hire/fire as they see fit. How would you feel if this were your kid's teacher in a public school setting? Would you be OK with this given the depth of the social media available to kids nowadays? IDK if I would. The constitution doesn’t protect the unborn so it isn’t a constitutional issue for SCOTUS to consider which means it is up to the states to regulate. And that is what the opinion said. Understand that Roe didn’t grant access to abortions it merely struck down a Texas law that criminalized abortion. This wasn’t a political ruling because a strong legal (constitutional) argument was set forth. In fact, Roe actually legislated from the bench which is something SCOTUS should never do. Today I opened my Con Law book and reread Roe v Wade and Casey v Planned Parenthood and then I read today’s opinion. The Mississippi law was good and fair (allowing abortion until 15 weeks) but a clinic challenged and opened Pandora’s box. They allowed good law to become to key to open doors. If you want to place blame, place it on the clinic that challenged good law.

SF's take - It appears the focus is on the states (s#!*show) to sort this out amongst themselves instead of pressuring congress to address this for the country. Kinda like they wanted this one for the main wedge issue in the 2022 midterms (since the current administration has F-ed things up so bad) and they will likely be losing their control over both houses of congress. Which brings me to the "nuclear option" the Democrats have been threatening as of late. They didn't use it during the voting rights legislation debates, but is abortion a big enough issue for them to hang their hat on? I don't think so, but then what is? They are losing so much of their base of voters right now, the nuclear option may be the only hope they have, but I don't they have the guts to use it, and I also don't think it will help anyhow..... And that is why SF thinks the focus is off of Congress doing their job to "protect the rights of a woman to choose"......if they even want to define a woman.....

The justices said the coach’s prayer was protected by the First Amendment. “The Constitution and the best of our traditions counsel mutual respect and tolerance, not censorship and suppression, for religious and nonreligious views alike,” Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote for the majority. The case forced the justices to wrestle with how to balance the religious and free speech rights of teachers and coaches with the rights of students not to feel pressured into participating in religious practices. The outcome could strengthen the acceptability of some religious practices in some other public school settings. The decision is the latest in a line of Supreme Court rulings for religious plaintiffs. In another recent example, the court ruled that Maine can’t exclude religious schools from a program that offers tuition aid for private education, a decision that could ease religious organizations’ access to taxpayer money. In a dissent in Monday, Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote that the coach decision “sets us further down a perilous path in forcing states to entangle themselves with religion.” She was joined in her dissent by Justice Stephen Breyer and Justice Elena Kagan. That the court ruled for the coach is perhaps not surprising. In 2019, the court declined to take up the case at an early stage, but four of the court’s conservatives agreed that a lower court decision in favor of the school district was “troubling” for its “understanding of the free speech rights of public school teachers.” The case before the justices involved Joseph Kennedy, a Christian and former football coach at Bremerton High School in Bremerton, Washington. From a friend: #1 - Abortion is NOT a right granted by the Constitution. Women have a right to privacy under the 14th amendment which is what the RVW decision was loosely attributed to. In RVW, SCOTUS made a wrong ruling attempting to "legislate from the bench" to create a Federal rule/precedent making abortions legal. SCOTUS today corrected that. #2 - CONGRESS (the House and Senate) alone makes Federal laws. They can correct this very easy by MAKING A LAW. The Left holds Majority in both houses of congress. They won't do it because they want this political "Wedge Issue" to remain intact. #3 - There is little that has really changed in the US, since most states already have laws, the liberal states will be able to now remove nearly (if not all) restrictions from abortions while the conservative states will be able to remain strict and maybe some (2 or 3) will become stricter. SO - all the activists on both sides - CALM DOWN - This really changes little, but gives the people WE elected something new to run on and keep us divided and hopefully get them votes......
