  1. Seeger 56 Attica 12- Attica is much improved from a year ago but this week the patriots dominate the ramblers. FC 26 RP 20- A really intriguing game and a competitive one at that RP got blasted last week will they come out flat or on fire only time will tell. This game will come down to who can get the most stops and i think FC is better on D. NV 48 Cov 28- Tough loss last week for crabtree and the crew but played really competitive without white at QB. This is covington's week to prove they can play with top teams in the conference. Whoever plays better on defense will win this game NV is better up front and has more athletes. Sv 56 Ph 7- This one won't be close SV basically did whatevr they wanted to West vigo and for three quarters WV played PH close its at SV barret won't ;et his crew take it easy on woofs after securing a potential upset win over the golden arrows.
  2. Predictions Seeger 27 BC 17- Seeger got tested last week by LCC and lost to BC last year look for the patriots to be motivated in a defensive battle with a great run game. FC 35 Cville 7- FC will get its revenge from last years crushing defeat. Acton plays the best game of his career NV 34 Paris 27- I don’t know a whole lot about the tigers but the Falcons offense has been unstoppable the first two weeks. Look for Andrew Botner to have a great game and for the Falcon defense to step up and make huge plays in a nail biter. Carrol 31 RP 20- This is a great test for the panthers Friday they give Carroll a game but it won’t be enough. SN 48 Covington 28- Blow out in the first half and Covington adds some TDs late. Sullivan 28 SV 27- This game will be tight the entire way especially but the arrows make a huge defensive stop late. Tri County 26 Attica 21- Attica plays the cavaliers close but it’s not enough WV 41 PH 34- No defense but west Vigo gets the ball last
  3. Long Time Viewer First time poster. First off what a year for the WRC with a lot of talent graduated from last year we are seeing new faces and different kids step up to perform for their school. After a whole summer and a scrimmage and one game here is what I think of each team. Attica- Scrappy these guys will always be the underdog in every game they play but will get on the field every Friday and compete Covington- Don’t know Much about the Trojans this year except the beat a bad tri county team SV- This might be Barrett’s best team at SV since he took over in 2017 a huge line and great package of skill guys. This is my pick to win conference. NV- NV looked good in the first half against NC, they arguably have the best player in the conference with Jerome White but also have another top 5 player with Tryon. Seeger- Again don’t know much about the patriots but they are always tough and hard nosed we will know more about them as the season goes on. FC- The dark horse of the conference Acton is a great player but will they have enough around him to make a push to win conference this year? PH- The glory days for the woods seem to be gone but they got some good young pieces it will just take some time for the rebuild to come to fruition RP- How will the panthers do without Hazzard this year? They looked good against pike central look for Kyle price to be doing a good amount of the work load for the panthers.
  4. I have been thinking about this for awhile but the regular season in Indiana means absolutely nothing unless your going for a conference title. From classes A-4! There is roughly 8 teams per sectional what’s wrong with saying the playoffs will be the top 4 teams from each sectionals. That way we avoid having matchups like Lutheran vs Cloverdale. I just think it would make the regular season mean a little more maybe there’s a better to it. Also i think they should flip the class like how the set 32 teams for 6A make 1A set first then trickle down to 6A maybe Whiteland could have competed at the 6A level. Just my two cents gain this maybe isn’t a good idea but the IHSAA does need to rethink its structure for football.
  5. You bring up a good point and like I said this might be the best the miner offense has been in awhile, but this is November football the Sullivan d will bend but I don’t see them breaking, Miners could have some turnovers or penalties that hurt them on long drives and it will be up to Sullivan to take advantage of those situations.
  6. Both teams are very strong and have had exceptional seasons, I think this Linton team is the best it’s been on offense in awhile with Gennicks being a senior and great receivers in Webb and Walters and Mini Oliver. Hunter Johns has been good this year has well. Sullivan with the Adams brother passing attack had looked really explosive this year. Sullivan may have 4 losses but all those losses are to quality teams like Linton, Owen Valley, Indian Creek, and Northview. I'm taking the upset in this one Sullivan 34 Linton 29. Rowdy connects to Luke with 13 seconds left for the arrows to win the sectional.
