  1. No idea. Max Preps maybe?
  2. It's good my man, really good. You too @Irishman@Komets2727@Justasportsfan
  3. 1. This thread got majorly hijacked. 2. Oley's is pretty much the bomb, would rival any Chicago pizza joint. 3. I'll take the everything at Riverbend over you're beloved Pizza King.........but good nonetheless. 4. That guy inside the Electric Works makes a pretty tasty pizza. Go support him.
  4. No answer to that. I think Snider picks their out of conference games strategically. Best to see a Warsaw team early in the season rather than get blindsided in the playoffs.............2022.......Mishawaka 21, Snider 0......midway second quarter. I agree with Komets, I think this team has some potential. They have a pretty good TE and return 4 of 5 linemen among everything else Komets said. While these guys aren't huge, they are experienced. I like the quote from the coaches I've heard in years past............"could be good, could be bad, all depends on the senior class." I thought Snider would have been good in 2020 with two D1 offensive linemen...........time will tell.
  5. Don't forget about the TE who's receiving offers. Again, these polls are just pretend. Games are decided on the field. I'd agree with your assessment without going into much detail. I don't think there's a D1 senior on this team, but there are a lot of really good players. This crew of running backs will be entertaining to watch, to say the least. Probably the best depth at that position since 2004. I agree that Carmel is too low. I just have a feeling Wright is going to turn this program around overnight. Columbus North, Bloomington South, and East Central are too high. I don't think anyone in there right mind would bet on those programs to beat a Wright led Carmel team and Ben Davis. But that's just me. I wish those programs the best.
  6. I have a hard time seeing DC, Merrillville, BN, CN, and Mishawaka without Snider. I get it that Snider lost some dudes, but when you return dudes like Tippmann, Isaacs, and Mohrman, you should be in pretty good shape. Very rare for the Panthers to not be Top 25. This publication appears to be biased toward the south, but that's okay. It's all pretend until October.
  7. Porcupines? There may be an age gap between us @foxbat!
  8. Lol, more than likely. Come to find out it's referred to as Detroit style pizza. Personally, I'll take good ol' Fort Wayne Riverbend or Lexi's pizza every time.
  9. Used to run down the hallway to be the first in line to get, what we'd consider nasty today, that square nasty pizza in the tin container.
  10. Good grief. A simple "I'm enrolling at another school" would do just fine.
  11. Pretty sure you, Rodney, and I could win at Ohio State. Not impressed with Day in the slightest.
  12. Hard to make that claim. Saban is like John Wooden. Great coach with the best talent money can buy. Is it fair to say that many coaches would look good under those circumstances? Dabo would have three national championships at OSU in the time it took Day to get one.
  13. He's projected to have one of the best teams in the country? What's the problem?
  14. Multiple titles at those schools. He's easily Saban if he's at Ohio State or Alabama.
  15. Well, he's already against NIL and he's dubbed as a major contender for the national title. So there's that. Muda seems to spend a lot of time on a high school football forum talking about a game played by "children."
  16. The east side of Fort Wayne is only 1 hour 15 minutes from the west side of Toledo. Seems like a no brainer to me.
  17. Toledo isn't far. Love the idea of Fort Wayne vs Toledo in high school football. That would be the bomb. Fort to Port. Komets vs Walleye...............it just makes sense.
  18. Yeah, but.................I don't think I ever mentioned the quality of the ACC. Ran out of likes, good stuff, both posts.
  19. I doubt that's the case. Would be ironic if it was, considering all the "everyone is afraid to play us" rhetoric that comes out of that community.
  20. I think he might be one of the best coaches in the country...........and he's doing it without the transfer portal. Man enough to say, "I coach my kids up, don't need to go elsewhere to make myself look good."
  21. Didn't come across that way. Just sounded typical for this forum.
  22. There had to of been something more. I can't imagine he was yelling at him solely because he wasn't athletic enough to get it. Must have been something else he screwed up.
  23. Good post Irishmen. I just think Elkhart, for the second season in a row, seems to have a solid recruiting reputation. Coincidence that the head coach is in his second year? I wish this guy the best, I just hope he's not pursuing other coach's athletes. Clemson is my new second favorite team. Good coaching, promote from within, coach your players up from the beginning.
  24. North vs South is just fine, this game has very little meaning. I like you Sparty, but that's just dumb. Unless you're thinking is about making sure each half has the same number of kids coming out of a metro area (areas that offer the best training). If you add Fort Wayne, South Bend/Mishawaka/Elkhart, and The Region, you pretty much have a level playing field for an All Star team going up against Indianapolis. Fans have a skewed mentality that Indy breeds better athletes than the rest of the state as a result of their dominance of 6A. That dominance is, by and large, a result of having the largest schools in the state. Talent for talent Fort Wayne could put together an ALL TIME team would, at the minimum, take Indianapolis Metro into overtime. In short, the South beating the North 37-0 means absolutely nothing to me. It just means that the best players from the North didn't play. East vs West, Indy vs everyone else, bla bla bla. Good grief.
  25. Hence my "pathetic" comment. You get it. The other part of it derives from "poaching." Coaches, they know who they are, will do it. Again, middle schoolers are fair game. Leave the high school kids alone. Be a coach, build your program. Anyone can manage a bunch of athletes. Well, almost anyone.
