Thanks DT, Coach Schenk works extremely hard to not only make NP football better but to improve all athletics at NP.
He is involved at every level of our program and is working to build the program within the community. Working to bring the community back to the school.

North Posey QB Harold Bender was outstanding against Southridge. He was 20 for 21 passing for 261 yards.
Harold has great ability and can be extremely accurate like he was Friday night. Last season he completed 65% of his passes with 17 TDs and only 2 interceptions. Many of us believed he could be much better this season.
He showed that Friday night and I expect him to continue to be extremely accurate!

Ehh I wouldn’t think on the GS score vs Washington too much.
GS is the heavy favorite but I think most people just want to see if GS has learned from their first 2 weeks and can play to what they should be playing
stay healthy and move on
Yeah more of just an effort to keep the PAC thread on page 1 and maybe spark a conversation. Anxiously waiting for tonight!

North Posey has Chick-fil-a sandwiches...

I just looked and John Harrell has GS 49 Washington 7, no offense to Washington but I don't believe there is anyway they will keep them under 50.

NP**
I don't know if I'd go **! We played like crap week 1 and haven't beat SR since 2012 I believe. I do like our team and think we can pull the upset but SR has built a great program.

NP - NP is looking pretty good right now. if this game was at SR I would pick SR
NP has many seniors that are now three year starters, this week is their opportunity to prove that they belong in the conversation as best in the small PAC. Can they match SR's physicality? Can they limit their mistakes? With only three juniors on the roster, can all the sophomores and freshmen who are starting elevate their play? I have high hopes...

What are some good local eating spots in New Albany? Preferably not the normal chain restaurants.
I ate at a pizza place called Arni's a few years ago, if I remember correctly it was a very small place but had good pizza.

Of the PAC small school division which schools now have turf fields and which schools still have grass?
To my knowledge only North Posey and Southridge have turd in the small school PAC

Even as a GS fan, I have to laugh at this.
it’s gameday though. Safe travels for the Columbus North fans and anyone else making the trip to The Jewel!
it’s about time that the wait for football is over 😎
Yeah we don't play GS and I hope they have a great season, but I'm still enjoying the occasional comments about the transfers.

Looks like GS had a great offseason with free agency.

If they are vaccinated and test negative, they are not contact traced out of school. Solution to contact tracing quarantine seems very simple according to my research.
Test them, if they are negative send them to school.

I'd like to see a state-wide statistic on how many kids that were contact traced out of school actually tested positive for COVID at any time during their quarantine. As part of my own non-scientific research locally....I am coming up with something lose to 0%.
I can tell you at Toyota if you are in "contact" with someone who tested positive you get tested everyday and go to work as long as you test negative.

How is everyone's numbers in the PAC, do we have a any programs with over 70 or 80 on their roster freshmen through senior. My Vikings have a incredibly small junior class(3,) maybe smallest in school history. I believe our other three classes are all above 15 and we have about 55 total (+/- a few.)

This is very good, Cappy.
The Reitz Bowl had lights in 1931!!!!
My grandparents didnt have lights in the house in 1931😃
I’ve been to a few great games at Reitz Bowl but I have a favorite. During Reitz’s state title run in 2007 Mr Football Paul McIntosh had 451 yds of total offense and 7 TDs in a 61-60 Regional win over Columbus East. Yes 61 -60!!!
I don’t know what the attendance was for that game but the bowl was FULL!! If I remember correctly it was a Saturday day game and CE had a lot of talent!

Nobody up here can fill a 10,000-seat stadium
Doesn't happen often but it does happen, when Reitz is good and especially if Reitz and Mater Dei are good the crowd can exceed 10,000. I think it has held 12k or 13k on occasion.

Yeah, I’d guess that several of the GS posters have watched film this week of Mt Vernon.
