How does one have 40 YoE (Years of Experience) officiating Unified Flag Football?

I'm looking at some of the officials who will be calling a game and I'm seeing huge YoE numbers in officiating Unified Flag Football.  For example, Mark McCammon has 40 YoE in Unified Flag Football alone.  I had no idea it's been around that long.  According to my research it started in 2014.

Seems to me in Football, the unified number is the actual number of years you’ve worked Football. And Football appears to be two years less.
