Steve Knight (R) beats Katie Hill (D) by a little over 31 points. Katie Hill beats Steve Knight by almost 9 in November 2018.. Fast forward to March 3rd 2020. Christy Smith (D) beats Mike Garcia (R) by 10.8 points. May 12th 2020.. Mike Garcia defeats Smith (final numbers arent there yet). Both will run in november too.
