Bobref
9 minutes ago, whiteshoes said: #52 Massillon (OH) Washington (5-0) 15 #11 Lakewood (OH) St. Edward (4-1) 13 Eagles stumble at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium agains a very good Massillon team. St. Edward starting QB was out, having been injured the preceding week at Elder. The backup threw 2 TD passes, the last with a minute left in the game, but the 2 pt. try failed, and the Tigers recovered the ensuing onside kick. Key for the Eagles the rest of the way is to hold serve against a very difficult schedule (Ignatius, Moeller, Akron Hoban) and hope the QB is healthy come playoff time. Regardless, it’s a great day to be an Eagle!
