Didn't go down without a huge fight. Three negative COVID tests this week and would have tested Friday but the damn guidelines are the guidelines. I guarantee there will be at least 5 or more on the field Friday night out 0f 150 kids, coaches, and officials that have it and don't know it and just because he was near someone in a classroom who tested positive he is out. No questions no way around it. Killer
Just so you guys know, the state's leading tackler in 6A and the same guy that also had 2 offensive TDs for East last week cannot play tomorrow due to Contact Tracing from a classroom positive situation. Brutal, brutal, brutal.
You guys need to watch this. It is killer

So frustrated. I felt bad for Henry Hesson last Friday great senior QB and grounded by contact tracing. A great high school career coming to an end without getting to play in your final game or know that you were playing in your final game the week before.
I could not imagine the pain of not playing because you “might” come down with COVID. Now my least two favorite phrases “contact-tracing” and “seating charts”.
I hope but the strength of East has always been to play 22 guys for the most part to keep guys fresh. We will see how it goes. I think they will try to play as many athletes as possible on both sides of the ball. At least in certain sets and scenarios
