Supplements if not used properly can cause a host of problems.

Flat out embarrassing.
Folks who condone this also likely think the post game handshake should be abolished.
Or condone spitting in the hand pre handshake.

As I have said and will say again, act like you have been there. In HS, making a good play, running to the visitors bench and doing "Rock the Baby" and grabbing the cods will get you membership in the Stadium Club!

Is he hireable as a HC? Feels like the injustice he received at Morton will follow him the rest of his career. By hireable, I mean will AD's/Admin be willing to hire him as HC. I would love for Portage to give him a chance.
I think it will happen.

There was a leaked hire announcement that led to that candidate backing out of the job

I was curious to find out just how common - or uncommon - commotio cordis is. Think about how many people play baseball, softball, hockey and lacrosse; how many people play football; how many people engage in contact sports. Out of all those people, the National Commotio Cordis Registry has documented approximately 220 sudden deaths from commotio cordis since the Registry was established in 1996. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/24572-commotio-cordis.
It should be noted, commotio cordis is almost unheard of in football. It requires a sharp blow delivered to a very small area at precisely the right point in the heart’s rhythm. Even a violent blow to the chest, with a helmet or shoulder, is unlikely to cause it, since the impact is spread over a larger area.
Keep in mind, I don’t think anyone has definitively said this is a case of commotio cordis. All that is known for sure is that Hamlin suffered a sudden cardiac arrest after a tackle. It is still more likely that we find out he had an underlying heart defect or rhythm disturbance.
The jury is out.

Any other possibilities?
Not a COVID shot as some have insinuated.

The plot thickens... interviews began last week... the winner will be announced next week.

Coach Bell still around?

I hear what you are saying Punt; however, there are a few coaches that push the limits and coach from the bottom of the numbers over and over, all game long. That's one reason for the emphasis on sideline control. Some coaches push the limits to the point, "when are they going to eject this clown"? There are a few officials that get under my skin with the tight assed way rules are applied, but on the whole they do a good job that no one else wants to do!

Some were overlooked.... how I don't know.

Now do Roncalli…and spare me the “anyone could run for 200+ yards behind that OL” line.
Pee Wee Herman could get the job done with that line.
19 hours ago, Bash Riprock said:Since you didn't make the comment, you have zero idea of his meaning. Previously, the same person quoted that a RB carried the Roncalli team, getting half of their wins on his own. Then he makes the comment about the lineman perhaps not being as good as thought. Those comments connect. It did not seem he meant his comment as a compliment. But perhaps you can stop speaking for him and he can clarify his position. He's a grown man. I took it for the comment it was.
I don't care who made the comment on GID or their history....and I don't buy the "I have a source in the room as proof, but cannot name him". Sorry, you can believe all you want and since it meets your narrative, I assume you will. I don't really care what you do....CG has a history of some kids winning awards and other kids just as deserving that didn't earn them. Interesting now how CG coaching is now able to influence awards, giving them to the undeserving. That's pure hogwash.
You believe how you want to believe....I have no help for you.

There is no medical exemption
ART.3 -C-4 lines that out... the is an EXCEPTION: "Tinted eyewear worn on the face and under the facemask is legal" So how much tint... by this exception could sunglasses be worn?

I don't care who you are, superstar or third string punter... no exceptions to the visor rule, (without a medical exception) and always knee pads. There are arguments about the protection the pads provide... kids like to look cool like a college players. Rules are rules and must be enforced.
