  1. CMA challenged North Judson for a half and Winamac only trailed 7-0 with 4 mins to go in the first half. A big TD run and a pick 6 pushed it to 21-0. Winamac also had some success throwing the ball as well...and this is without Jones. Winamac doesn't win with him but it wasn't a blow out like it appeared and they compete a little longer with Jones. The Jays match up w Winamac this year was much closer then the 2021 game. Judson has a great front 7 but their secondary and offensively they still got some work to do.
  2. I would totally not do that. The last two years it seemed Winamac kept it pretty vanilla but opened it up against LCC. Last season it seemed they didn't want to show Judson much but when it came time for the game, the rain and field conditions didn't allow Winamac to do that. And it's not even guaranteed that Triton will face Judson in sectionals one or both could get upset (I doubt it) but it could happen.
  3. Winamac lost to Culver by 6 but had 5 turnovers against the Cavaliers. They've had turnovers issues the last 3 games especially since they had to rely on their sophomore QB a lot more due to their main running back being out. Winamac's best player missed the last 3 games and will be back this week. Jones is by far their best play maker and that should bode well for the Warriors. I think had Jones been playing these last 3 games, they beat Culver and score once or twice on both LaVille and Judson.
  4. I think SB need 2 traditional high school and one magnet high school. Asjc said that and I was just being curious which high school would close, which one would become magnet and what two would stay open?
  5. Washington consolidates into Adams. Clay stays the Magnet school and Riley stays open?
  6. Jimtown fell back down, so did Penn. Pioneer eventually would too. They play lots of younger kids and have a decent 8th grade class so they'll be fine. Then again North Judson and LaVille have good sophomores and a solid 8th graders...then you have Caston who is killing every team they play. I just think it's more Pioneer coming back down to reality and other schools catching up.
  7. Travis Hardy? Nate Denton? Didn't he move to Pioneer in like 7th grade? Didn't Winegardner live in Logansport? And went to all saints k-8? Wasn't Nick Price originally from Logan? Didn't Briar Fritz live in Logansport? Didn't Gaumer live near Lewis Cass?
  8. It could be back to back years for Pioneer. Knox should be good still. LaVille and Judson will take a step back but will be solid. I think Triton may be the only one that sees a decent drop off but will have their QB and RB still.
  9. I think they probably heard that it was them two and Judson themselves. I don't know Cheyenne at all but I'm really impressed with the young man. First time I ever heard him speak.. I was standing next to Rabe and Paul Frasure at the Winamac vs West Central game. He came over and told Rabe and Paul that he was gonna run right through winamac's outside linebackers cause they aren't any good and he said some other things I won't say but the kid talks the talk and walks it too. I know he and Quinton frasure took the AC game last year personally as did some of the others. I think they are motivated to get back to SS and win it.
  10. I don't think that will be an issue. I think Quinton Frasure, Logan Radtke, Cheyenne Allen and Aldric Harper are good enough leaders that it won't happen.
  11. I still think LaVille is the beat team in that conf but that LaVille Judson is gonna be a doozy. Pioneer on the verge of their first losing season since the 95 campaign. First time they've lost TWO conference games since 2001. Wow. Didn't think it'd come.
  12. North White 33 Caston 16. Holy jesus. Culver 26. Winamac 20 final. Winamac's 5 turnovers and no jadon jones for the 3rd straight week kills. Onto West Central.
  13. Culver 26. Winamac 20. 48.2 left. Culver ball. Winamac’s 5 turnovers the difference.
  14. Culver 26 Winamac 20. 10:15 left. Winamac about to kick off.
  15. They don't. When two of my buddies used to do the RTC TV or whatever it was. Knox didn't allow them to do any winamac @ knox games. It had a lot to do with their loyalty to WKVI for some odd reason.
  16. Culver 20 Winamac 6 at half. Winamac has four turnovers. I'd love to see Shuman on Winamac’s team last year or Judson or LaVille this year. Kids an animal.
  17. I could have swore something like that did happen but Valley and Rochester said no. I wouldn't mind seeing Glenn, Valley and Rochester join the HNAC. I don't even see Rochester beating Cass or Central Catholic.
  18. If I picked the other 3 teams. I'd be in the same boat lol. You don't see that do you? Center Grove and Brownsburg could play and I'd pick one of them but could see the other team win...not that unusual there chief. I'm not covering my bases, it's the fact there are good games on tap and none should be blow outs. I know that's hard for you to understand.
  19. I did pick the 3 teams I think will win but it would not surprise me if the other team won. There's no LaVille vs Caston or NJ vs Caston this week.
  20. Is this a serious post? If I picked the other 3 teams. I'd be in the same boat lol. Center Grove and Brownsburg could play and I'd pick one of them but could see the other team win...not that unusual there chief.
  21. NJSP 22 CMA 13 LaVille 36 Knox 14 North White 22 Caston 20 Pioneer 32 Triton 16 Winamac 20 Culver 8 Could see 3 of my picks losing
  22. 6+6+6 is 18 sir. What makes you think Triton is gonna win or win comfortably like you are sounding. Pioneer's three losses come from a 5a school and two undefeated strong 2a schools. One of which you guys played and lost by a similar margin. Pioneer is a young squad but very well coached and again. I think Pioneer will lose a 2nd conference game in the HNAC for the first time ever and first time overall since 01. I just see Judson doing it. I think Judson is the 2nd best team in the HNAC and if they can get their secondary play better. They'll be conference champs. It's a prediction. I can freely make one just like you can.
