Crawford County at South Decatur Mitchell at Eastern Greene Perry Central at Paoli West Washington at Springs Valley Brownstown at Salem Corydon at Scottsburg North Harrison at Charlestown Silver Creek at Eastern Pekin Big week for the Jackets. Turf is officially done today, so this will be the first practice of the season with lines, numbers, and landmarks. Giving the jackets the edge over the Thunderbirds because we have two of their former assistants on staff now, giving them a slight advantage.

Tough one for my Jackets Friday night. Totally controlled the first quarter, then ran out of gas in the 2nd quarter and beyond. Luckily should get some guys illegible after this week at the skills positions, so time will tell. Curious to see how we respond. Seems like Coach Lowe has Valley rolling again. Mitchell is now playing at Edgewood due to a delay with the turf. Should be good to go for the rest of the season tho.

Two clear favorites in Paoli and Perry. 3-5 will be interesting to see between Valley, WW, and Mitchell. Can CC shock some people? Over the summer the rumor was going around about them having a large number of kids out. For the 'jackets, they will replace some skill pieces. Losing Mundy hurts, but Kale England did get some reps throughout the season at QB. The strength of this crew will be in the trenches. Huge Coach Kling fan! Kids love him and he has a plan. He's doing a great job building up the youth and JH programs as well. Excited to see what this will look like 2-3 years down the road.
