In 1992, Ben Davis opened the season with Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY) followed by Warren Central (Indianapolis).
Let's have Benjamin O. Davis High School visit Ben Davis!

Warren Central (IN) vs Warren Central (MS) would be a great match-up. I can only dream right?

This guy doesn't think the Warriors are doomed in the least bit. Kirshner is a great leader.
I still would like you to explain your negative comment about CG. CG and WC has had a heck of a rivalry over the years with each team winning some very big games against the other. Games have been clean with good hard play. Have cheered a ton for former WC players at the collegiate level. Hope to start cheering for one in the NFL this year.
Just surprised with your comment....
Sorry about that comment. I was half asleep probably

I guess Warren Central is doomed. I never thought I would see the day the Warriors would fall from the ranks of the elite

Which Warren Central?

Warren Central is starting to remind me of another Warren Central down in Kentucky. Just my two cents

Heard from multiple people that Warren central will be removing CG from their football schedule beginning next year. It is from the Warren central side of things that they do not want to play Cg after this year.
The Warriors pretty much said : Screw you Center Grove!!!

I still would like to see Warren Central play against Homestead sometime. I know the Warriors have both Snider and Fort Wayne Carroll lined up

Normally I would, but I was thinking that my wife would have posted it before me if she had seen it first, so I didn't feel as guilty. Matter of fact, I know a few guys on this site and their wives and their wives would have beaten them to the punch as well.
Says one of several women here on the GID. Me of course

Okay? I'm tripping then.

Warren Central got the very short end of the stick here. I don't see the Warriors winning state until 2024

Gotcha! Thanks! Still - where/when did you see this was announced? I'm not saying it wasn't, I just missed it and haven't found anything official myself. Pumped for the Tigers and Panthers to square off though.
No - they are still scheduled to play a home and home in 2024 and 2025.
Gotcha. I was wondering about that

I thought Warren Central was scheduled to play Warsaw in 2024 and 2025? Did the Warriors and Tigers back out of the contract early?
-
Warren Central has a very successful football program. The Warriors have won nine state championships and have never finished as runner-up. They are one of the OG football blue bloods

There's another hint about Warsaw's potential future.
What is it?

I'm happy that Warren Central is beefing up its schedule with some mouth watering matchups

Looks like Warren Central is gonna be busy for a while. Good for the Warriors to have picked up some good competition.

Agree, still a good opponent though. Hopefully Snider can land a 6a juggernaut for their other opponent. It's good to see that size and speed from the Indy area.

What about Warren Central? Don't the Warriors deserve to be on this list due to the fact they were the first high school football team to ever 4peat
