Nice to check in on all of you, keeping Football alive and well! What happened to the GOOB?
Hey, another female poster. Not too many of us here

Warren Central had a female kicker on the team. She made history for the Warriors this past season. Jaci made most of the PATs and played soccer as well.

I believe the classes were held at different sites in Indy. I know Lawrence Central and North Central both hosted.
Warren Central hosted the state finals as well from 1977-1983

Sounds about right. I’ve got a poster @Warren Central Warrior, you should meet.
What about me

Ben Davis vs Warren Central in the 2003 Regional Championship was one of my favorite memories. The Giants were the two time defending champions and they were seeking a third straight state title. The Warriors haven't won a Regional since 1985. It was a close game. But Warren Central won 27-20. The Warriors would go on to win their first of four straight state championships 57-7 over the Penn Kingsmen.

Warren Central losing tonight hurts. I will not be as active now that the season is over. The final score was 13-8 Lawrence Central.

6A: Warren Central is my dark horse. The Warriors have played well this season.
-
I guess this means Lawrence North is now a Tier 2 team after handing Warren Central its first loss since Week 1. Warren Central is Tier 3 at least
-
Unfortunately the streak is over. Warren Central loses its first game since Week 1 24-21 against Lawrence North. The loss means the Warriors will more than likely finish in the Tier 3 of the MIC with a 4-3 conference record. This is also the Warriors' second loss to the Wildcats in the regular season.

What's good GID. Can you believe it? The regular season is 2/3 gone. Week 7 is here and this time the Warren Central Warriors hit the road for the first of two straight games as they travel to LN. The Warriors just keep on winning. 5-1 after beating Pike in their final regular season home game (WC has an 8 week schedule). Lawrence North picked up a come from behind win against a struggling Ben Davis team that has gone in reverse. Who wins? My prediction: Close game. Warren Central wins its sixth in a row 35-24. Fire away people

Looks like Ben Davis fell from Tier 2 to Tier 3 with its third straight loss last night

I didn't get to make my predictions last week so here are my Week 6 MIC predictions. Ben Davis, Carmel, Center Grove, and Warren Central
I was half right on my Week 6 predictions. Ben Davis, you stink. Warren Central is on fire with a five game winning streak after defeating Pike 30-13.

What's up GID. Where has the season gone? Week 6 is here and this week the Warriors return to Warren Central for their annual Pink Out game against the 0-5 Pike Red Devils. Warren Central is red hot, riding a four game winning streak after stunning long time rival Ben Davis 57-56 last week. I want to hear your predictions on this easy game. My prediction: Warren Central wins its 5th straight game in a huge blowout 70-14. Fire away guys

Sounds like Hamilton (AZ) pulled a Warren Central out west and took victory from the jaws of defeat. Last night was the night of comebacks in high school football.
-
What a game tonight everyone. Warren Central takes the 97th Circle City Showdown in a hard fought shootout 57-56. Congrats to the Warriors on bringing the bragging rights back to the Eastside. Warren Central improves to 4-1, 3-1 in the MIC while Ben Davis loses its second straight game to fall to 2-3, 1-2 in conference play. Over 100 points combined between the two teams.

No, and if Warren was facing Alabama we would get some big long story, and then Warren Central pulls it out in the end 😂
Out of context on this one for me. If Bama and Warren Central ever met, the Crimson Tide would wash the Warriors away

Is this 97th time in just regular season, or sectionals included?
Both the regular season and the playoffs

What's good GID. Week 5 is here and it's Rivalry Week in Indianapolis. For the 97th time, Ben Davis and Warren Central will renew their rivalry Friday night. The Giants lost a heartbreaker 45-21 to Center Grove. Meanwhile the Warriors are coming in red hot, winners of 3 straight games. Warren Central leads the overall series 56-36-3. Who wins bragging rights this year? My prediction: Both teams will fight hard. But Warren Central pulls away late for a 42-35 win and reclaims bragging rights for the year. Fire away folks

What's good GID. Week 4 is here and the Warren Central Warriors hit the road to 56th Street to take on the Lawrence Central Bears. These two programs are headed in opposite directions. The Warriors won big 42-0 against North Central. Meanwhile the Bears lost the Battle for the Bell trophy game 20-6. Who do you all think will win this game? My prediction: Warren Central wins big 42-14. Fire away

Warren Central wins big 42-0 over North Central tonight. The Warriors improve to 2-1, 1-1 in the MIC. The Panthers fall to 0-3, 0-1 (MIC). Warren Central is on the road next week at Lawrence Central. North Central hosts Lawrence North. As always:

I would like to see Warren Central play Fort Wayne Carroll, Homestead, or Snider. The Warriors last played the Panthers in the 2004 state title game where they defeated them 35-23.
