  1. Week 7 Power Rankings 1. Reitz 2. Vincennes 3. Castle 3. Memorial 5. Mater Dei 6. Jasper 7. North 8. Bosse 9. Harrison 10. Central Memorial/Reitz game will have major implications for this one
  2. I’ll have whatever he has been drinking
  3. I rewatched the Castle/Reitz game in the 2H and it looked like Reitz’s size advantage on the OL wore Castle’s DL down in the 4th, since that is when Reitz started to figure out running the ball might be the best option. Since Castle’s passing defense was locked down the entire night. There was some of videos of the Burnett TD and oh my he is super fast on the ground. Castle’s LB core and backfield couldn’t get to him on time. Also, I liked how Reitz utilized Vera’s speed too in the 2H, since the OL blocked very well for him to find holes or go to the outside. With, or without Davies, Memorial is going to have their hands full the entire night anyways. Like you said, the passing attack will open if he plays, however, with 2 very good players in Burnett and Vera, Memorial will have some problems with their speed. All 3 levels of Offense, Defense and Special Teams will be factors in this one. I think a lot of people are wishing these 2 will meet in the Sectional at some point. Should be a classic game on a cool evening!
  4. Almanac has the same thing down too
  5. IFCA 5A: 9. Castle 4A: 9. Reitz 15. Memorial 3A: 13. Vincennes 2A: 4. Mater Dei
  6. Massey North (-2) at Vincennes, 54% chance of victory for the Huskies Central at Harrison (-3), 54% of victory for the Warriors Bosse at Mater Dei (-34), 96% chance of victory for the Cats Jasper at Castle (-7), 62% chance of victory for the Knights Reitz at Memorial (-1), 51% chance of victory for the Tigers
  7. I will be posting SIAC clinching scenarios starting tomorrow
  8. Would like to mention that the Reitz and Memorial Lines will be going at it this week. Since OL/DL was talked a lot over the week Memorial OL average 6’3 257 Memorial DL average 6’3 226 (1 player will likely go both ways) Reitz OL average 6’3 252 Reitz DL average 6’2 227 Very comparable sizes from what I have seen
  9. Yes, all regular season games are being live-streamed for Memorial this season. The -24 is a little eye opening for an away game, since the best defenses will go out at it. The GID predictor has Reitz -12.5
  10. Surprised they do not have one on their Football Website
  11. His status will be important Friday night, but I’m pretty sure he will play anyways. The C&P article said he could’ve played against Castle, but it was coaches decision to have Vera to start. Reitz likely saw the size advantage against Castle judging by the rushing yards, since Castle’s starting D-Line is undersized and surprised they didn’t have any 2 way players on it
  12. This conversation will be fun to see after the game on Friday
  13. Mid-season previews for Memorial/Reitz will be out on Wednesday since this will be the most talked about game on here. I will include more stats breakdown too, if you guys want me too, like defensive complete percentages or defensive rushing YPC for both teams
  14. Last 5 games Memorial has averaged against Reitz 42.0 PPG 11.6 D-PPG Should be a bulletin board material for the Panthers this week
  15. Thinking the same thing, Friday night’s game was an elimination game for the #1 spot, which Reitz firmly won it, Vincennes took care of business move them up 1, Castle had the game close for 3 quarters, until they collapsed, so does Memorial move up, or stay at 4? This is what the current SIAC standings say on Maxpreps 1. Reitz 6-0 2. Memorial 4-2 3. Vincennes 4-2 4. Castle 4-2 5. Mater Dei 4-2 6. Jasper 3-3 7. North 3-3 8. Harrison 1-5 9. Bosse 1-5 10. Central 0-6
  16. If we beat Reitz, I will be ecstatic, if we lose not the end world, still a good chance to go 6-3 for the regular season. But a win on Friday would be a cherry on top, maybe Vincennes can have us some of that Week 2 magic
  17. Obviously, Reitz is #1, so who is #2 then in the Power rankings?
  18. Will be interesting on how the team will do against a Ballhawk Defense last Reitz
  19. The last couple of seasons it has been, currently, the MaxPreps Top 25 has 10 Indiana Soccer teams in it, 2 from the SIAC (#1 Memorial and #10 Castle)
  20. To add on, they just beat a nationally ranked #22 Chatard Team today
  21. In Fisher’s 4 starts @tango 758 yards/ 189.5 YPG 56/78 0.72 pct 7/2 TD/INT Going to have a challenge against the #1 SIAC passing defense
  22. I just grab the Top 5 in the MaxPreps standings in each category, they include the North game in which he played some in the 2H
  23. Thanks! I thought it was a good idea to do it this year. since I did Memorial’s opponent breakdowns during the playoffs last year. I might start putting down more passing and rushing stats, but it might be too late for that
  24. I know they have 2 D1 commits, but I think the team is just super solid all around. I heard the beat the defending National champions earlier this season too against Noblesville.
