  1. Massey Rating predictions VL at Memorial (-35), 100% chance of victory for the Tigers Castle (-18) at Central, 84% chance of victory for the Knights Mater Dei (-21) at Harrison, 92% chance of victory for the Cats Bosse at Reitz (-23), 86% chance of victory for the Panthers North at Jasper (-21), 86% chance of victory for the Cats
  2. Week 8 picks Castle over Central by 21, Castle pulls out in the 2H and looks forward against the Tigers at home in Week 9 Reitz over Bosse by 10, think this could be a chance for the Bulldogs, but will come up short on Reitz Senior Night Mater Dei over Harrison by 30, Mater Dei should start focusing on the off-season and the rivalry game against Reitz Jasper over North by 20, Jasper continues to roll and thinks about a potential rematch against Memorial in the sectional Memorial over VL by 28, I can see VL keeping it close for some of first half, but Memorial’s Brodie has another big night with Tyler
  3. Jasper vs Memorial in Sectional 24 Maybe Bloomington South vs Castle in sectional 16 Linton vs Mater Dei in Sectional 40
  4. Just like Central/Jasper last year, or the previous Reitz/Central games in the first round before that. Going to be interesting how the draw turns up.
  5. Although they will not get it this year, Memorial is only 10 wins away from reaching 600 total wins
  6. Now that would be an interesting matchup in the first round. But I have a feeling that will happen, just need the boys to be ready if/when that comes
  7. Don’t forget that S24 has the rarity of a built in bye week too. With the draw coming up in a week, here’s what I think Top part Bye week: Northview R1: Central vs Jasper Bottom part R1: Reitz vs Boonville R1: Harrison vs Memorial I think at least one of the better teams will be in the bottom part of the bracket, and 2 at top. For a great Sectional Final game, like last year
  8. Jasper can clinch a share of the SIAC, Friday night
  9. Yea...I saw it was like a -19 rating
  10. Does he intend to graduate early after the season is over?
  11. So what happened? Some fan bad mouth talking to some players after the game?
  12. Memorial’s Freshman QB Matthew Fisher also went 4/5 104 yards last night too, although late in the game
  13. Week 8 JH Lines Castle (-18) at Central Bosse at Reitz (-10) Mater a Dei (-14) At Harrison North at Jasper (-14) VL at Memorial (-32)
  14. Week 7 takeaways -Jasper is good and will the SIAC 9-0. Castle had no answer last night. Foley was a beast last night with 110 yards? Young is definitely a stud at QB -North explodes in scoring the 2H after a close 1H with the Alices -Central survives an scare against Harrison, as Central intercepted the ball in the EZ in the final seconds -Mater Dei takes a nice dub from Bosse. Saw Bosse had a safety too -Memorial spoils Homecoming tonight at Reitz in blowout fashion, and wins the City Title outright
  15. I agree, a Jasper/Memorial rematch will either be R1 or R2. There is always something sketchy with the drawing every year, like Reitz/Central for 4 years straight or Jasper/Central last year
  16. I agree, think they have some talent for the future, but tonight was not their night. And no one can stop Allen at all, dude is a straight up beast. 350 yards in the 1H, that is just incredible
  17. Leo Collins also had a nice night too, saw they been using him as an TE
  18. Guessing all eyes on a potential Memorial-Jasper rematch in the sectional
  19. Unofficially he went 81% 370 yards and 2 TDS, and like 50 yards rushing. He has improved the last couple of games, such a nice playmaker. Tyler and Brodie had big games too. Wasn’t a fan of that Shea drop, as that was literally in his hands
  20. Ellspermann had a big night
  21. Final scores 30-12 Jasper over Castle 49-10 Memorial over Reitz 17-13 Central over Harrison 42-10 Mater Dei over Bosse 42-17 North over VL SIAC belongs to the Cats of Jasper Memorial wins the City Title outright
  22. That Jasper TD will seal the deal for Jasper
  23. Ellspermann with a career high 265 yards in passing in the 1st half
  24. Memorial up 35-3 at the half 10-6 Central HT
  25. SIAC will run through Jasper this year
