I'm talking about the recent coaching firing at Penn State. James Franklin wasn't involved in the previous Penn State scandal. If we want to talk about pedophile sex scandals and covering it up, we'll need to include Ohio State. And one of the enablers is now a US Congressman. At Michigan, it appears there is a cheating pandemic. In both football and marriage.

Can you point us to a source for the different rules for the different categories?
