HH is most likely the 4a favorite playing up a class Jeff is literally moved down to 5a where they will not compete for a state championship. Jeff would not be the favorite playing against GS or HH (3a teams by size). 1. NP 2. CG 3.-4. GS/HH will omit Chatard/Cathedral, though in a true pound for pound chart they are absolutely on the list, in the top 5 most years. Don't know where to rank them this year as this is not their greatest performing year. Adams central omitted, I'm well aware they are good, however I do not follow them, and thus have no idea how good/where to put them, however they would be on the list somewhere Pound for Pound is literally robbed from weight class discussions in combat sports. there is no free or reduced lunch discussion to be had. it is simply how does small school compare to large school.

I think merillville looks even more like a paper tiger after last night. A game vs Laporte should've been a running clock the whole second half. Anyone in the top 15 would've made it that, the scoreboard shows a blow out but the box score says Laporte was playing with them to an extent No idea what to make of Jeff 4a I still like dwenger but going through HH or chatard at State will be tough I think avon played some really good games while other teams were having off nights. And is now slightly overrated

thoughts on bloomington south? I've heard their good, but I've heard that before only for them to completely fall apart when running into average competition.

I'm all for adding more games to the state championship weekend (see my idea for all of them to be best of 5s) but do we really need to make a whole new class just so nwi has a chance?

the idea that an 18 year old kid plays exactly the same after a multi hour bus ride, as he would on his home field makes so little sense that I have to believe that the study you're referencing is inherently flawed.

Now that chatard is WHERE THEY BELONG all the way up in 4a The Titans can finally get a well deserved state championship. Its been completely unfair for years that we had to compete with a school with our exact same enrollment but better football players.

Dwenger and EN are both possible Title contenders, though I imagine both of them are Praying not to see HH when they get there. if literally anyone else can pick HH off beforehand they might make a game out of this. North side is not a threat in 5a, though it would be funny to see them send Merrillville home. WC would beat concord.
