So what does "culturally align" mean? I'm hoping it's not a dog-whistle issue.
So the questions, from a purely football perspective, is "Where do Carmel and/or Center Grove land?" and "Who does the MIC court for replacement?"
So could the NCC go smaller-school and have Jeff and Harrison and perhaps Kokomo and maybe McCutcheon join with Carmel and Center Grove in a new league? That would open up things in the NCC for the remaining schools and provide better competition for Jeff/Harrison. Perhaps not so much for Carmel and Center Grove. Guess it depends if HCC opens up for Carmel / Center Grove.
The HCC will take them.

When is it expected that CG and Carmel try to make the move to the HCC?

I'd like some of that nanner puddin . that's what I'm talking about
The Mason Inn in Pittsboro is a good spot. Down the road, in Brownsburg, there Dawson's Too with some great food and a good bar.

Not so sure GS definitely has a better offense than Plainfield, at least when Plainfield was healthy. Probably a blasphemous statement to GS posters, but the Quakers were a pretty potent team with probably the biggest O-line they faced all year until the QB was injured.
Plainfield has a WR going to Iowa and another WR who is pretty dang good. They had probably the best WR duo in all of 5A this year.

Has to be yes. Whoever (or is it whomever?) ranks Jasper #1 also has Roncalli #8. I've got a bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell that guy if he thinks there are 7 teams better than Roncalli in 4A.
I think you'd have trouble finding 7 better teams in the state regardless of class.

Anyone know much about what Bloomington South is bringing back? I would think they could make some noise with the McCullough brothers joining their roster (2 top 100 players in the nation for the respective classes) if they have any sort of talent surrounding them.

My presumption with these comments is that Cathedral returns many key players? Or are we banking on "Cathedral being Cathedral" and just reloading?
Bring back their O Line...Also...They're Cathedral

I think all HCC teams have to replace veteran QB's except Westfield so don't expect anyone other than the Rocks to be a finalist contender.
Does Carmel move back North next year? If so I'd say they'll play CG

Obvious coaches for WC job:
1) Kyle Ralph - You all know why. BUT, I think now is a great time for Ralph to move on. I'm sure he could bring most of his assistants with him as well since both schools are close geographically...
2) Mike Kirschner - WC alum and maybe he misses the "grind"
Not so obvious:
3) Justin Pelley (Webo) - he can clearly coach ball with 3 state championships. Does he want a taste of the MIC
4) Darrin Fisher (Whiteland) - he could really run his offense at a place like WC
5) Nick Hart (Gibson Southern) - 9th year at GS and seems like a guy WC could have for 10+ years
Dark Horse- Derek Moyers (Old Pike HC) who has been Plainfield's OC and QB coach the past few seasons.

How many repeat champs will we have next year? I think 6A and 5A are almost a sure bet. 4A very likely. Interested to see what everyone's thoughts are.
-
When will the All State teams by class be posted?
-
Big matchup with the winner punching their ticket to LOS. I think the winner of this is the eventual state champ. Who do you like? Roncalli is playing the best football in class 4A currently, but it's hard to count out Gillin. I think Roncalli has the edge in this one. Hopefully I am wrong. Roncalli 28-24

Maybe IU gets to celebrate their bowl game early. They've got a tough schedule and with no cupcakes to pad them to 6 wins, it will be tough to get to a bowl. How are they gonna go the bowls this year?
...Bad take here huh

Ill take Mooresville due to the fact they just flat out MUCH bigger up front. 28-14

It depends on what you mean by this... But nevertheless, I suspect no matter who wins this Friday will have a tough time against Mooresville in Regional.
It means have a better shot of beating Mooresville. The more athletic and overall talented team will have a better shot.

Mooresville will be a tough one, how many D1 athletes do they have? @Mopi11
2 senior O Lineman are committed to Purdue. Their QB who is a sophomore is almost a sure fire D1 kid at 6'2 210. Not sure beyond that.

Technically, if were going off the "best football player in the state" that title would go to Desan McCullough out of Bloomington South according to any recruiting site.
