  1. Four yard touchdown run by Chatard. 36-0 with 5:09 left in the half.
  2. 17 yard touchdown pass by Chatard. 29-0 with 8:20 left in the half.
  3. 48 yard touchdown pass by Chatard. PAT missed. 22-0 with 48 seconds left in the first
  4. Where’s @Lysander at? If I’m at the game then he needs to be too. 😂
  5. Chatard gets a safety to make it 16-0. 1:21 left in the first.
  6. 52 yard touchdown pass by Chatard. They lead 14-0 with 2:13 left in the first.
  7. Are you including yourself as everyone? You were crapping all over them early on saying how bad they were and how dumb the coaches were for scheduling those games. Ten yard TD pass by Chatard. They lead 7-0 with 8:17 left in the first.
  8. But they also lost to Columbus East and Silver Creek. I didn’t think Silver Creek was a bad loss until Jeff beat them. And did you see what BNL did to Jeff?
  9. Week 7 Predictions BNL (3-3, 3-1 HHC) at Floyd Central (1-5, 1-1 HHC): The Highlanders have a great, young QB with a lot of potential but I’m just not sold on them right now. Their one win was a narrow victory over Jeff while BNL has looked more impressive in their wins, especially against Jeff. I think it’s close but I’m taking the Stars. Columbus East (2-4) at Indianapolis Bishop Chatard (2-4): Crazy to think the only other time these two played each other was in the 1979 3A regional championship (then the state semifinal as there was no semi-state round). The Olympians would pull off a seven-point road win en route to its first ever state title. In what would normally be a great game and one of the higher profile match-ups of the season, this one is anything but. The Trojans win easily. Jeffersonville (2-3, 1-2 HHC) at New Albany (3-3, 3-0 HHC): It’s the rivalry between Louisville’s biggest Indiana suburbs. The Red Devils lead the series 41-35-2 but I don’t think this game will be as close. The Bulldogs break 40 and win easily. Seymour (1-4, 1-2 HHC) at Jennings County (1-5, 0-3 HHC): Speaking of rivalry games, we’ve got the annual battle of U.S. 50 this week as well. However, this one is not as close as the Owls hold a 45-10 edge. The Panthers are looking for their first win in the series in six years but it just isn’t going to happen. Seymour wins by a lot.
  10. I think the one on bottom looks more accurate when you consider Floyd Central lost to Silver Creek but beat Jeffersonville.
  11. Pick ‘Em Standings (after week 6): @Frozen Tundra 23/29 @Olympian06 21/29 @LC_Bears_04 20/29 @boilerfan87 19/29 @mamasa 18/29
  12. Yeah it’s done. I like it but I wonder how long before the gym floods again and we’ll have to replace it again.
  13. I love basketball more than any other sport but here I am on this site. Why? Because Columbus East basketball sucks and our gym sucks even worse. Hard to get excited for it but, thankfully, we’ve been blessed with football. Gives me another football team besides the Green Bay Packers to get excited for.
  14. I think you’re confusing “better team” with “more talented team”. You can talk about coaching but you also have to look at the talent East had as a whole along with the depth and the size/strength of the players. With East, the whole was greater than the sum of its parts.
  15. Jeffersonville 29 Silver Creek 23 Final/OT
  16. Bloomington North 69 New Albany 45 Final The teams combined for over 1,000 yards of offense
  17. Silver Creek and Jeffersonville are headed to overtime tied at 23
  18. Brownstown Central 48 Seymour 13 Final
  19. Agreed. I’m jealous you guys have him. Columbus East 28 Floyd Central 14 Final
  20. I really like your QB. He’s a good passer and he’s composed in the pocket even under pressure.
  21. East’s QB escapes a sack on fourth and four and completes a 31 yard pass down to the Floyd Central 3. Three plays later, East with the 1 yard touchdown run. Columbus East 28 Floyd Central 14 9:10 left
  22. East leads 21-14 after three.
  23. Floyd Central with a 39 yard touchdown pass as the QB was getting hit. The receiver was wide open. Columbus East 21 Floyd Central 14 3:04 left in the third
  24. East with the one yard QB keeper for the TD. Columbus East 21 Floyd Central 7 4:55 left in the third
  25. Two yard touchdown run by East. Columbus East 14 Floyd Central 7 8:25 left in the third
