2019 Contraction Projections

Which schools are most likely to contract their football programs before, during or after the 2019 season?

Potential reasons for contraction as follows :

Low numbers

Excessive pre season injuries

Coaching turnover

Funding issues

Pressure from other schools due to scheduling, lack of competitiveness

Administrative and /or community apathy 

Below schools are on my initial contraction watch list : 

South Newton 

Gary West

Frankfort

Hammond Clark

Park Tudor

Gary Roosevelt

Lake Station

Caston

Fairfield

Frankfort is on an upswing.  They had the numbers and the athletes last year.  I look for them to be more competitive this year.

Nowhere to go but up after an 0-10 outing in 2018 I guess. I hope the 'athletes' step up when you are outscored 513-54 over the course of 10 games.
