Have they ever tried to play any games at this gym since the school closed/consolidated?  

I know Eastside (Butler, IN of the NECC) does at their old gymnasium each year.....

Yes sir....more than a few times over the years they have held a boys or girls Gibson Southern varsity game in the old Owensville Gym.
